Perfect hidden guest house tucked away behind the main home in historical Victoria Park. 7 minute drive from Las Olas Beach and 10 minute walk to Las Olas Blvd for restaurants & shops. Due to Covid-19 calendar is open 6 months at a time... if you have questions regarding booking in the future send me a message. VACATION RENTAL REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE # VRR-20010020 Occupancy limits: 2 adults The space Gorgeous bedroom with ample closet space and comfortable bedding. Full length mirror and en-suite bathroom with trendy barn doors. Living room has Smart TV. Access streaming channels with your own log in. Private deck/balcony. Shared outside space features a Fire Pit for roasting marshmallows and BBQ grill. Guest access Feel free to use the decks attached to your guest space. Other things to note Please do not wash the sheets or towels. House keeping will provide fresh linens for you. Absolutely no smoking in the unit or on the property at any time. You could be charged up $300 fine “It is unlawful for a sexual offender to occupy this residence” - City of Fort Lauderdale Unit below you and main house will have guests.... please walk with care to ensure everyone enjoys their stay. A/C unit in the bedroom - air flows to living room so long as the living room door is open

I had a quick weekend getaway to Florida to see my daughter. We loved the Treehouse unit - very private, beautifully decorated, comfortable furniture & bed!! Check-in / out was very easy. Location was great! We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing location, layout and amenities. My wife and I had a great extended weekend here. Clean, comfortable king bed, nice bathroom, separate living room and functional kitchenette; tough to ask for more. Small, but nicer than a studio for sure. The AC and smart TV worked great and the small treetop deck was like being in a jungle. Parking, security and privacy were all excellent. Property is located a short half mile to Los Olas Ave and to excellent restaurants on the other side of Victoria Park like Foxy Brown. We drove our car to the beach but walked everywhere else. There's plenty of cheap/free public transportation if needed. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
