Outside, you’ll find an oasis-like setting, with a freshly landscaped yard, sparkling in-ground pool, and several chaise lounges with your name on them. Spend a sunny morning on the covered lanai with your coffee, and then fire up the gas grill for dinner. Inside this one-level home, everything is fresh and bright. The open floor plan fosters togetherness yet offers plenty of room to spread out. The chef will love the updated kitchen, with granite countertops, shiny new stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cabinetry for storage. Dine together at the table for four, or pull up a barstool at the breakfast bar for a casual bite. If you can tear yourself away from that pool, you’re a little under two miles from Vanderbilt Beach – why not grab one of the home’s four adult bikes and pedal to the sand? You’re minutes from shops, restaurants, and bars as well. The comfortable living room is the perfect place to get cozy after a day of fun. No matter if you explore the area or spend the week working on your tan by the pool, this Naples home offers the perfect escape from the everyday. Things to know Free high-speed WiFi Snowbird-friendly The pool can be heated for $35/day with 48 hours’ notice prior to arrival. Pool heat must be purchased in order to heat the spa. There is an inactive Ring Doorbell security camera at the front door. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Security camera details: There is an inactive Ring Doorbell security camera at the front door. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. I have mixed feelings on this one. Upon arrival, the code given to us did not work. We called the number provided and they provided us with another code to enter the house. It was also blatantly obvious that the house had not been cleaned. Beds not made, blankets/sheets covered in animal hair, pile of dirty towels in a chair, broken off nails in a cabinet. Originally the Vacasa staff was very unhelpful. Did not send anyone out right away and told me I would not get a refund of any kind. However, the next day, I received a text from Tina who was VERY helpful with the situation and was as appalled as we were of the state of the rental. She even offered to refund us for the situation. Once the place was clean, it was really a run of the mill location, but sufficed for our stay and we like Naples Park because it is close to campus. The road construction is not a huge deal, but just adds to the irritation that we originally had to deal with. Overall, not the worst, but not the best.

Nicely remodeled home in an older, pretty well maintained neighborhood that appears to be rapidly turning over. Unit was clean, new appliances, comfortable for 6 adults. Two of the bedrooms lacked some space for clothes but the house is close to shopping and very nice restaurants. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

The pool was awesome-heated is the way to go for colder days! Kitchen was well stocked. Beds comfortable and plenty of space for family to spread out for quiet times or get together to make memories!

Very nice, updated home for our weekend getaway. Love the privacy with fenced in beautiful, landscaped backyard, pool and hot tub was wonderful. This property was close to everything we needed. Great communication from host. We will definitely stay here again!!!

This house is in a great location. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Beds are super comfortable and the back yard is perfection! The fenced in yard is great if you are bringing your dog. We will definitely be back soon!

The house was incredible and perfect for our family vacation. Close to the shops and to the beaches in the NorthNaples area. We went to three different beaches throughout the stay, all within 15 min of the house. After days at the beach we finished every day at the pool. Lovely stay!

We really enjoyed our time in this home! The only reason I am not giving it five stars is that the pool was dirty when we got there. We missed out on about a day and a half of swimming in the pool due to the fact that it was dirty. The good part, though, was that when I contacted them they had a cleaner come out the very next day so by the end of the second day we were able to use it. They also texted me right away when I got there to check and see on the cleanliness of the home and if I was happy with it. It was very good to have such close contact with the people in charge of the home. I was very impressed. We definitely recommend this home to anyone! Customer service is where it’s at!

Neighbors were super quiet which we never had an entirely quiet air B and B. Didn’t hear a peep from anyone. Super nice bonus to get sone rest and sleep!
