The property was absolutely lovely. We drive a Tesla so the charger was perfect for us. The house was clean, had nice furniture and linens, and overall it was exactly like the pictures listed. The views off the back decks were so beautiful and the beach was only a short walk away. We will definitely book it again!

We were in town for a family wedding two nights. The house is spacious with great views from the decks. The kitchen is well equipped, beds very comfortable, nice bathrooms, overall a great house!! Easy booking and a pleasure working with Justin.We enjoyed our brief stay.

My family and I enjoyed this house and it's convenient location. Everything was clean and the included amenities were great. Perfect view of the marsh and a beautiful sunset in the evenings. Definitely will be back.

Home was wonderful, clean and views were amazing. Living level is on the top level plus flood zone elevation so it was a calf work out to get there but the views are worth it.

Let me start off by saying that this property exceeded our expectations! The perfect stay for four Mothers that desperately needed a relaxing get away! Needless to say, that’s exactly what we got! Not only was the property spacious and cozy, it was the perfect distance from everything! Beach, restaurants, etc! Would highly recommend to anyone! Side note: Home Owner is extremely easy to work with and super accommodating!

Great location with beautiful marsh views. Everything is like new. Beach chairs and a beach cart are available with the house. Comfortable and roomy. Had everything we needed. Lots of stairs so anyone with mobility issues , make note of this.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was so clean! The beds were very comfortable. We both have back issues but these mattresses were fantastic. The sunsets were also stunning. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the beach, and had so many great restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to others.

My brother, brother-in-law and I stayed here for a late summer/early fall, weekend fishing trip. The place was clean and very accommodating, especially with a bathroom in each bedroom. This rental is conveniently located to several different good restaurants, a boat launch and an awesome bait and tackle store (East Coasts Sports). We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again!

Stayed with my wife and three children. Beautiful new house. Walkable distance to the beach. The house has everything you need for your stay and more. We had a question and the property manager was extremely responsive. We were very satisfied. Can't wait to go back!

My family and I were so pleasantly surprised when we entered this vacation home! It's sooo roomy and clean, and they owner has really thought of all of the amenities. The value was incredible, and location was perfect. If we come back to Topsail, we will try our best to stay here!

We had a wonderful stay! Perfectly clean and brand new townhome. It had everything we needed for our weekend escape— plenty of space, comfy beds, great location, and a kitchen equipped with everything we needed for our meals. They even had a booster seat and pack and play for us to use! Convenient location, short drive to the beach and restaurants ( probably could have walked, but we have 2 children, so we drove). LOVED watching the sunset on the back porch each night. Communication and booking was easy. We can’t wait to go back!

This rental is brand new and 1 block from the beach! Everything was very clean and new. The kitchen was fully stocked and all new appliances. Great view of the the sound and relaxing multi level porch. We will be staying here again soon!
