About this condo rental
Nestled in Myrtle Beach, this attractive condo for $380 per night is a great option for your next trip. We do allow up to 12 people in the condo. Our base rate is for 8 people. 9-12 are $30 per person per day. Master bedroom has a king and a twin Bedroom # 2 has 2 twins Bedroom #3 has 2 twins. There are 2 Pull out couches in living room and a large couch All appliances are new stainless steel. The condo has hardwoods throughout with rugs in each room. This condo is in mint condition! This is an end unit on the 2nd floor - It has a bay window in the living room for more daylight. Nice new blinds throughout. ABSOLUTELY NO MARIJUANA OF ANY KIND -- If you follow the rules, no problem. If you don't..... We will enforce them and you will lose your deposit. The minimum age to rent my condo is 25 years old. Please do not reach out to me about renting my condo unless you are 25 or older. The person renting and paying for the condo will need to be one of the guests at the condo. They are responsible for the condo and the guests they bring while staying. SNOWBIRDS WELCOME -- Monthly rate of $1600 per month. Contact Daniel or Jamie if you have additional questions We have a beautiful 1700sf 3 bedroom 2 bath condo for vacation rental. It is on the 2nd floor and this building has an elevator. We have it priced comparable to many 2 bedrooms but it is actually a 3 BR. IT IS A SUPER DEAL! It has a beautiful large kitchen and living room. There is a semi private pool steps from your balcony. THIS IS THE MOST SOUGHT AFTER CONDO IN MYRTLEWOODS. It has what amounts to your own "back yard". The pool is right outside the balcony. Parents can sit on the balcony and supervise the kids at the pool. If you stay in other condos, you have to walk a good distance to a pool. The condo overlooks #13 green on Pine Hills Golf Course. It is 1.2 miles from the beach (and public parking with beach access) Broadway at the Beach is a mile away, and all the restaurants, shopping, and nightlife that makes Myrtle Beach the perfect vacation spot! You can sit on your balcony after a day at the course or beach and watch the golfers go by. Nightly and weekly rates are available. 1.5 miles from the PGA Superstore, and Captain George's seafood buffet. Myrtlewoods is always in great shape and a prime location. *Buses, motorcycles, RV's, boats and trailers are not permitted by HOA regulations. *Violation of the no-smoking/ no-pet policies will result in forfeiture of the security deposit as well as extra cleaning fees. I do have Ring Doorbell and Ring camera on the balcony. All rules will be enforced. ALL SMOKING MUST BE DONE IN THE GRASS COMMON AREA. NOT ON MY BALCONY OR IN MY DOORWAY!!

Overall it was good, some stuff needed to repaired.

It was very spacious and the furniture was comfortable. It really isn’t a mile from the beach. At least we couldn’t find it within a mile. The place was very secure. As far as cleanliness, vthere was lots of dust under the beds. The door handle to one of the bedrooms kept falling off. The trim around the kitchen counter fell off every time we touched it.
The neighbors were very loud but friendly.
So although the surroundings were beautiful and we enjoyed our stay, we will not return. With a family like ours and small children, we have to be closer to the beach.

The property was truly like home away from home for our family of 12, it came equipped with pretty much everything we needed, the location was great for the places our family wanted to visit during our time there. Beautiful property and a short drive away from the beach!
This property was just as nice in person as it was in the pictures! The place was very clean when we checked in. Plenty of beds and towels & linens were provided which was a plus! The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, plates etc. and little extras like seasonings and cooking oil (first time I've ever seen this...so appreciated!). Daniel and Jamie were very patient with me in providing the needed information that I missed sending them. I appreciated the fact that the property has the Ring camera outside as it made us feel very safe. The balcony faces the pool and is a nice and quiet space in the morning to enjoy coffee. The property was a short distance from the beach and the convention center which is where we attended my daughter's dance competition. Broadway at the Beach is also a short distance away. Great place for shopping, food, drinks and entertainment.
Overall, we would highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again in the future.

Perfect Location!
This property is a great location and close to everything including the beach, Broadway At The Beach, and Barefoot Landing. Communication with the owner went smoothly and check-in/out was a breeze. The condo is spacious and was comfortable for our family of 10. Unfortunately, the dining table was short a chair from the photos (5 instead of 6 shown), as well as the bar stools (3 instead of 4 shown). Regarding sleep space and bedding, all 10 of us were accommodated and there were extra pillows available, but no linens for the twin fold out beds (in living room). The kitchen is adequately stocked with necessary dishes, pans, etc. to prepare meals at home, however, a collander and electric hand mixer would be welcome additions for future guests. Overall, a great experience and we would stay again!

Great place to stay!
Our blended family really enjoyed staying in this condo. There was plenty of room for all of us, great access to the attractions nearby. The kids loved the pool that was just out the back door of the unit. Would highly recommend staying here!

Excellent stay - very spacious - great value!!
We’re a family of 7 and stayed here several days while in town for a function. Location is fabulous, close to everything yet tucked away and quiet. Condo is in great shape and stocked with everything you need. The open floor plan/main living area is MUCH larger than appears in photos which was awesome!! It really is perfect for larger groups/families - plenty of space! Great spot, too, for fitness enthusiasts as the condo is right on excellent pedestrian paths that go everywhere, including along the inter coastal and a beautiful YMCA just down the road.

Great hosts!
Dan and his wife are excellent hosts. They made sure that we had everything we needed and responded right away. When we arrived, everything was spic and span (the kitchen needed some attention but that was not their fault) but everything else was perfect. Dan responded very quickly to any request I had or any question I had. Would definitely rent from them again. Beautiful property!

This is a wonderful central location at Myrtlewood. The condo was very clean , comfortable and accommodating for our golf trip. I would like to thank Daniel and Jamie for everything, they were great host. I would highly recommended them, you won’t be disappointed. Will stay here again for next years trip.

We had a nice stay in this rental property. We felt it was a decent price for a three bedroom condo central to where a lot of Myrtle Beaches attractions are located. The kitchen could use a deep cleaning that the contracted housekeeping company wouldn’t typically do and the bathrooms were outdated with wallpaper pealing off the walls but it wasn’t a huge deal. Nice location on the property looking over the pool and golf course. Would consider it again if needing a condo in Myrtle Beach. Thank you.

We had a nice stay in this rental property. We felt it was a decent price for a three bedroom condo central to where a lot of Myrtle Beaches attractions are located. Everything about the property was as listed. We had a minor issue with the back door and the host immediately responded to my emailed concern. We were also able to be accommodated for a checkout time a little later than what is was supposed to be which was a plus. Would definitely recommend!

We really had a great time here....pool was very close to this unit and everything was very close.
Definitely a ace where we were comfortable. We had 8/9 people including kids and they were all quite happy with the space and ease of things.

The house was nice, and clean, the property was clean, I wasn’t to happy with security harassing my family, I have a young child and grandchildren and my husband and the kids we’re told they couldn’t drive their remote control cars on the property then constantly looking in my cars and came outside this morning to find my window was damaged on my brand new Yukon I wasn’t happy at all about that, it wasn’t the owners fault.

Myrtle stay was comfortable
This house was big and spacious and was in the nice neighborhood not too far from the Beach. The house was clean. Owner was also reachable easily via email. All in all it was a good stay and my family has good memories.

A mile away from beach, couple miles from Broadway on the beach, water park, midevial times etc. pool is right behind condo and the patio overlooked the pool. Very clean and fairly comfortable with three bedrooms. Hosts were very responsive to questions submitted via the app. Recommend for a nice family vacation.

The Condo was easy to find and in close proximity to Shopping, Entertainment, and the Beach. We did an activity a day but there was something to do for the whole family.
We visited Murrells Inlet for a Dolphin tour which was less than 30 mins away. There is also you can Jet ski, dine, and go fishing.
My family took advantage of the outdoor swimming pools almost every day. The water was always warm which made swimming at any time of day very comfortable and relaxing.
We also barbecued using the shareable grill in the common area on the property ground which was located behind our Condo and near the pool.
There are free parking spaces at the Condo. At the Beach there is inexpensive parking. And most of the entertainment venues had free parking If you didn’t bring any beach accessories you purchase them along the way to beach as there are several stores available for your shopping convenience and souvenirs.
The Condo was clean with fresh linens and extra bedding. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals for a family of 11.
Quiet well-maintained property grounds, I would recommend this location for your future stay.
