This is a cute, quirky, older apartment very close to Vandy. We were able to easily walk to where we needed to go. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The only drawbacks were that 1) the check-in process was frustrating -- the keypad on the building is very temperamental and 2) the couch is not as long as a normal double bed once you turn it into a bed, and you can't tell that from the pictures. Also, FYI, they will tell you in the welcome email that you will be given two codes to get in--just know that it's actually only one code that you use for both.

Stayed here for several days. The guidance from prior reviews and from the host was super helpful, especially with going in the front entrance and stairs with luggage. The location was great and was within walking distance to cute restaurants/coffee shops and to Belmont University and Vanderbilt. The neighborhood was quiet and it was easy to get anywhere by car. Once I got the hang of parking access via the alley behind the property, it was easy. But it was tricky, trying to locate it in the rain at night when I checked in. The rooms were very comfortable and I had everything I needed in the kitchen. Internet speed was good when I had to work from there and when I was using streaming services. Host response time was very good. The bathroom is a little tiny, but there is excellent hot water and pressure. I appreciated the Keurig coffee maker and full-size appliances in the kitchen. Would definitely consider staying here again when next in Nashville. Thank you for the great stay!
