Your kids will love the game room downstairs, with attached bathroom and loft space with 2 queen beds. Also, the home has two master bedrooms with King beds. We can assure our guests that we will continue to be incredibly detailed in our housekeeping procedures, including the deep cleaning of all surfaces and linens during the turnover of each home. Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps. Beach Access: The Treasure Island community beach access point is a 2-3 minute walk from the home, and there’s excellent fishing at San Luis Pass— about a minute drive away. Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip. Age Requirement: You must be 24+ to book. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, and there’s parking for four cars in the driveway. Driveway can hold 6 vehicles. - Guests must be 24+ to book the property. - One-night stays must be approved. - Groups larger than 8+ would need to be approved. We love hosting church groups, family reunions, etc., but do not allow parties. - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. - Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. - All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. - No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. - Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. - Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
