This luxe oceanfront home features a number of wonderful updates: six bedrooms were completely remodeled in 2021, while 2020 brought an expanded beachfront deck, the outdoor pool, and a remodeled kitchen and second floor. The house offers fantastic amenities on each of the three levels, making it the perfect spot for extended families, family reunions, corporate retreats, or getaways with golf buddies or friends. The kitchen features two refrigerators, two ranges, three ovens, two dishwashers, and a commercial ice maker for a nearly unlimited ice supply. Multiple gathering areas allow ample room to spread out, and the large dining space provides seating for all. Imagine Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner here! When it comes to entertainment, there's a commercial arcade system with Pac-Man, Galaga, and much more in the game room, which also includes a commercial air hockey table, a pool table, a foosball table, and a bar table for card-playing. An Xbox 360 has been added to the theater room, which contains 16 seats and a 75-inch screen for viewing your favorite games, movies, and sports events. There are flatscreen smart cable TVs in the great room overlooking the ocean, the game room, and all of the bedrooms. Other sources of entertainment include high-speed WiFi, Blu-ray players, and an outdoor basketball hoop. Of the 11 bedrooms throughout the home, 10 have attached bathrooms, including two large suites on the third floor which overlook the ocean. The best views of the beach are from those two suites, the new multi-level back decks, and the great room with a fireplace. The new extended decks also offer patio dining for memorable evenings or mornings watching the sunrise. THINGS TO KNOW The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 11 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The house was better in person than we expected -- and we already had high expectations from the pictures. The house had enough "zones" so everyone could do their own thing when they wanted and had enough large spaces so we could all be together as well. And, the kitchen was more than large enough for our group.

The indoor pool was very clean the theater room was very nice and easier to use than most remotes were very simple, the game room was perfect. Having an icemaker on both floors was definitely a plus!

This home was perfect for our retreat. Not only was it spacious enough for everyone not to be on top of each other, it provided all the amenities that we needed. The view is breathtaking.

I loved the indoor pool and space. The mattress on the beds was ok but I was hoping for softer beds for the luxury size of the house. I also found that their was no filtered water in the 2 fridges in the kitchen, no big deal I just made an assumption and I am sharing incase anyone else wants to pick up water.

House floor plan is great and open. Easily accommodated 21 people without feeling like you were on top of each other. Indoor pool was great for the kids. A little cool on the temp but not bad. Only negative is the kitchen didn’t have any basic spices or condiments. Also, only 1 roll toilet paper per bathroom and no garbage bags.

The house is really nice and had enough space for 27 people. Perfectly located on a beautiful beach. The home was not vacuumed prior to arrival, leaving sand all over the floors, beds, and sofa. There weren't enough bedsheets and towels. The cinema room had no hdmi cables for any of the devices and no batteries in the remote control, which rendered the room useless for 2 nights. A few calls were made to address the situation and none were answered. We had to vacuum the house ourselves on our vacation. Finally had to appear in person at the office and was told that everything would be taken care of. A maintenance man showed up 1 hour later and addressed most of the issues and said he would come back to finish. He never did. Also, we never received the towels and bedsheets, which meant that kids had to double up in bunk beds and we had to purchase towels. Also, they advertise queen beds, but they are full size beds. This would have easily been a 5 star review of the management company did there job.

The house was the perfect size for our family celebration that included 17 “adults” from 19-80. We used every bed, aside from the top bunks, and we had plenty to do. The kids loved the basement area and watching the World Cup final in the movie room. We loved having a space large enough for us to play board games & eat meals together. We were very thankful for the ice machine, the extra sink, appliances and all the pyrex pans! There were never enough spoons but we grabbed some plastic ones at the stores and they did the trick. Great trip that allowed us to make some wonderful family memories! Thank you!! **We also really appreciated the Christmas tree, lights/garland, wreath, etc,.

When we arrived the cleaning crew was finishing up. After they left we found dirt, sand, and hair in some of the bathrooms and the outside bathroom didn’t look like it had been cleaned at all. Also, the new rental company doesn’t provide beach towels which was a big change from the past 12+ years renting and left us in a bit of a lurch. On the plus side, we liked that we could check in and out via an app instead of picking up and dropping a key. As for the house itself, the outside pool area was a big disappointment to our group. We love to be outside when we are there. Every house we had been to previously had a large backyard area where we could play corn hole (which was often provided by other houses ) as well as other yard games we brought. The pool is small and the pool Deck is very small and all overhung by the deck above so theres no sun except for when you’re in the water. The deck upstairs is also smaller than we are accustomed to, but there is a lot of seating. Its just not very spacious. We loved the open and spacious living and dining space, which allowed all 20 of us to eat and hang out together. And liked having the grills right off the kitchen.

We had a great time at the Bella brezza. Pros- Amazing house on the beach. Plenty of room for 7 families. The kids and adults had a lot of fun. Cons- Couple of the queen beds downstairs had some really bad quality mattresses. Indoor pool says heated but was colder than my pool at home that isn’t heated. Driers took a LONG time to dry things. They raised the price 30% for next year! We booked but might bail because of the crazy price increase. Overall a great house even though we might pull out due to the crazy price increase.

This house was exceptionally accommodating and the family had a ball. The pictures are not deceiving! Trying to get a return date when it’s warmer, but the house is super booked!

Loved everything about this home. We had a few issues but Vacasa handled immediately. The only complaint we had was while eating dinner, one of the glass pieces on the table broke. I called and the rep thought we were looking for someone to clean it. We wanted the piece removed and once she opened her ears, someone came out and removed it.

This house was absolutely ideal for our large family vacation. My 6 siblings and our families gathered to celebrate our dad's 70th birthday - 32 of us in total! The common areas allowed us to cook, eat, and hang out together like my dad hoped, but there were also plenty of places to escape when you needed a bit of quiet. Being right on the beach allowed the families with younger kids to go back and forth from the ocean to the house easily, the outdoor pool was a fun place to swim without the sand, and the indoor pool was lovely for swimming without the harsh sun or while it rained! I don't think I could say enough good things about this house. Even though we were all nervous about having so many people under one roof, everyone was already talking about when we could come back again! The *only* thing that I would add to the space is some sort of tables outside. We highly recommend Bella Brezza!
