From the incredible three-level floor plan boasting eight bedrooms and eight-and-a-half baths to the spacious decks offering an ocean view and also a bay view overlooking the sparkling in-ground pool, this semi-oceanfront home will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed. Three levels of luxury living, with bedrooms and baths on each floor, make this home the perfect choice for larger families or multiple families to share. The beautiful exterior color of Irish Blessings combines wonderfully with the nicely landscaped yard, complete with a private pool, spacious pool deck, a pool cabana with a wet bar and mini-fridge, shuffleboard, and a shady covered deck that also lends access to the first-floor game room, hall bath, and elevator. You can enjoy a game of pool or try a game of cards at the card table. The convenience of the elevator is incredible, especially for loading and unloading and also for ease of mobility for those in need. The first floor offers two bedrooms, one king private suite with private bath and deck access, and one bedroom which has a door leading into the bathroom in the hall. The second middle level is home to four bedrooms, three king suites with private baths, two of which offer deck access (one private), and one bedroom which is smartly designed for children or teens with one double bunk and a twin bunk. There is elevator access along with the laundry facility on the middle level as well. The third and upper level is open and bright, offering a spacious living area, dining area, well-equipped kitchen, and access to both the ocean-facing (east) deck and bay-facing (west) deck. Two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, both king suites with private baths. The hall half bath is a nice addition to this upper level. The designer decor, granite kitchen counters, state of the appliances as well as views from both of the decks will leave you feeling as happy as a leprechaun! THINGS TO KNOW Electric fireplace available for off-season use only October - May The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October. This home accepts weekly stays only from Saturday to Saturday between May 1 and October 31. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We enjoyed our family vacation at Irish Blessings. ☘️ The house was clean and well maintained. Even had 2 washers & 2 dryers! Location was perfect for everyone. Easy, convenient beach access. Check in and check out process was simple. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We were a family of 12 adults, 18-72, and one toddler. Everyone enjoyed themselves! The pool was wonderful, and it really helped to have an outside shower. It was a quick walk to the beach- access was two houses down. The kitchen had two refrigerators and two dishwashers, which we really needed for meals for 12. We found a leak under the main sink, and it turned out to be a faulty garbage disposal. A plumber was promptly dispatched to replace it and all was well. Bedrooms were on three different floors, so those that wanted it chilly took the lowest floor, and those that preferred it less refrigerated (me) took the top floor. All the bedrooms on the upper two floors had deck access. The hot tub wasn't great, but that's a small detail of an overall terrific stay!

Irish Blessings has a great ocean view and is an easy walk to the beach. The layout is perfect for our multi family group, as each room has its own bathroom. The best feature of this house, however, is the amazing response of the management company with each of our issues. They get 5+ stars. Their response was fast and efficient. Tony, the technician, that showed up to fix our issues is a jewel. He was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to fix problems in the house. That being said, I feel I was generous in giving this house 3 stars. Before I begin, please note some of my concerns have been brought up in earlier reviews, but not fixed yet. The kitchen needs renovations. The stove and oven are outdated and barely working. One dishwasher still has the dispenser door broken. Water pressure in both showers and sinks is extremely low (mentioned in Dec 2020 review). One bedroom on top floor was missing the box springs. The senior citizen sleeping on that bed the first night woke up with a back ache. We called Vacasa and they fixed the problem right away. In fact, Tony brought over box springs, got under the bed to make adjustments, and then remade the bed. Two other bedrooms appeared to have soiled linen. Again, a call to Vacasa and clean linen was immediately brought over and beds remade. Leather peeling off card table chairs in the basement. One leather chair in living room broken. I would not recommend this property.

Loved the size of the bedrooms and bathrooms. The utensils and kitchen was insufficient for the size of house. Not enough silverware for one breakfast/lunch/ dinner for 14. Not enough baking pans. Coffee pot wasn't right for the maker.

A few problems at check in when we didn’t have bed linens or enough towels. It was taken care of promptly. We enjoyed the elevator, the shuffleboard court, the pool table and the hot tub. It was great to have 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators. The ocean views were wonderful and we saw pods of dolphins every day. It was a short walk to the beach which we enjoyed daily.

Fantastic layout for multi-family stay as each bedroom has a bathroom. We usually book oceanfront homes so we were a little concerned about being across the street. Beach access is super close and wasn't an issue. Couldn't give 5 stars as the kitchen wasn't particularly well-equipped (1 cookie sheet for a multi-family home?!) and we had a tough time with the electric oven (most things were either over or under cooked). We also made the mistake of leaving beer in the fridge in the pool house the first night, discovered the next day that it was stolen during the night - a little disconcerting though we figured it was local kids. Still had a great vacation stay!

Liked the layout of the house and the spacious rooms, especially the bedrooms. The kitchen needs some improvements. The ovens need cleaning, only 1 ice maker was working and not very well, only 1 dishwasher was working, but the front control panel was broken. The soap dispenser in the other one is broken.

We celebrated an extended family Thanksgiving here and it was perfect. Well appointed kitchen (although a second oven for a house this size would have been nice), lots of seating and space for the kids and adults to visit without being on top of each other. Appreciated the large elevator that accommodated a family member’s wheelchair. Definitely a repeat.

This property was fantastic and worked so well for our reunion trip. We had 12 adults and 4 infants under 2 years old. The house was big enough for everyone to have their own space and I was especially pleased with the sound-proofness of the rooms. The babies were able to stay asleep while the adults stayed up late talking in the living room or hanging at the hot tub. The house also had many kid-friendly amenities including a water table outside. Overall here's what I would tell anyone looking to rent this property: Pros: Location- basically right on the beach Lots of parking and room for activities Kitchen is huge and great for groups Tons of stuff to do inside- pool, poker, and games Cons: The elevator isn't super helpful and doesn't work like a typical elevator that you can call to any floor. It requires you to enter it on whatever floor it's currently on and travel to your intended floor. Really only good for disabled folks looking to travel without using the stairs. We found a few dirty dishes in the cabinets and some hairs in the sheets of two of the rooms but overall the location was clean and tidy. The appliances in the kitchen need updating. The stove/oven weren't super great and the dishwashers were a bit shoddy. We also had a hard time finding some stuff in the kitchen because the labels for drawers did not match up to the contents of those drawers. Overall this was a fantastic house and we would definitely book again!

We had a great family beach week at Sandbridge. The home we stayed in “Irish Blessings” was perfect. The home was very clean, lots of spread-out room for 16. The home was well furnished and the kitchen had all we needed. The pool and hot tub were great for late afternoon lazy time before dinner. The short walk to the beach was perfect for the little ones.
