About this house rental

Located in Center Harbor, this attractive house for $356 per night is a great option for your next trip. Newly constructed lake house (finished in Jan 2022) in one of the most sought-after beach communities on the entire lake. This amazing little lake house is designed for family fun and rest/relaxation. It has an open layout for the family, lots of sleeping space, new comfortable mattresses, room darkening shades in each bedroom (that’s right… you can actually get a good night's sleep this year on your lake vacation), Central heat/AC, internet Wifi, lake toys. Walk down the street (.3 miles) to an amazing beach (maintained/groomed by association) where the kids can swim out to the floating raft and play in the sand for days. This private lake community is 7 minute drive to Meredith Center and a 4 minute drive to Center Harbor where you can find great restaurants, shops, bars, and fun activities to do with the family (don’t forget Fun-Spot less 15 minutes away). Although the house was designed for fun in the sun, it’s a great spot for all reasons. The lake and local hiking trails offer amazing views of the seasonal foliage. The Lake and the Town of Meredith also make it a winter wonderland; Skiing at Gunstock (16 mi drive) , ice skating on the lake, snowmobiling right from the driveway, pond hockey, ice fishing, and more. Location Location Location!!! Walking distance to private, sandy beach with swimming area and dock! We had so much fun. The house is awesome. Clean. New. Well taken care of. Comes stocked with all you need to cook, grill and chill. Oh and beach toys galore. From all toys to kids kayaks. And enough chairs and beach towels for everyone. No real outdoor space, but Solo Stove fire pit area for smores!!! Most importantly are the hosts! Amazing all around. You will not be disappointed!!!

We had a wonderful time at the house. The owner was very responsive and the place was well stocked for days at the lake. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. House was very clean and location to beach was great. Host provided everything necessary for a great family stay. Two full baths made things very easy and water toys and chairs means you do not have to bring all the extras to have a great time. Looking forward to doing it again.

We (my family and my parents) book one week every Summer in the Lake Winni region. This was our first time with this rental. Jon was a great host and communicated everything we needed to know perfectly. His house is a great location, short walking distance to the beach and close to all that Meredith has to offer. We had access to everything you could need in a rental house and there was nothing that we needed to go out to the store for. He has a bunch of games available for use, swim rafts, sand toys and more. The house is super clean and not overly decorated. The beds are super comfy, sheets/blankets and towels available for use (no extra charge). We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything, Jon!

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay. The house was well stocked for an effortless vacation. The bedrooms and beds where a good size and comfortable. Beach gear was perfect for a great time at the association beach which was a 5 min walk from the house. Open floor plan was just right for relaxing, watching tv and playing board games. We would definitely consider this one again in the future

Great location, new house equipped with just about everything! Bedrooms were great sizes with all linens included, which is a huge plus and the walk to the community beach was great! The kids loved jumping off the floating dock, kayaking and playing in the sand. My one suggestion would be just to have a few more items in the kitchen for baking purposes (I.e Pyrex dishes, muffin tins)! We loved our stay, Jon was very communicative and would definitely go back again!
