This spectacular property offers three levels of freshly painted living space and nine bedrooms - all with new carpeting and eight with private baths. The elevator is a great addition to help you move around this large home, so bringing in your luggage and groceries is just as easy as can be. The spacious first level has five bedrooms, each a king suite with a private bath. An ocean-facing bedroom includes access to the deck, where you can take in the beautiful ocean view and breeze. For added convenience, there's also a gathering area and a wet bar for additional beverage storage. Enjoy access to the pool, hot tub, and pool cabana too. Set up a game of pool in the game room, which is great for cooling off after spending time outside on the decks and at the beach. The second floor features an open layout with expansive views of the ocean across the entire east wall. The dining area can accommodate all of your guests and the kitchen is well prepared to handle a group, offering two ovens, two refrigerators, a microwave, a Keurig, plus all the utensils, cookware, and gadgets you need to make a memorable meal. The beautiful flooring is matched by the stainless steel appliances and gorgeous granite counters, and the plush decor in the living area is a fantastic frame for your vacation memories. Your family and friends can relax in comfortable seating while watching a game or movie on the large TV and feeling the warmth of the electric fireplace. And they'll enjoy easy access to the huge ocean deck that spans the rear of the home. Hours of sunshine and shade are yours to enjoy while watching the dolphins and pelicans play. The three bedrooms located on this level are suites, with private baths for convenience. The third floor finishes this incredible property with a theater room as well as a king bedroom, and a bath accessible to both. Ending your day in the privacy of your very own movie theater is sure to be a highlight of your stay. You'll have TVs throughout, plus complimentary WiFi, a private pool, a hot tub, a pool cabana, a theater room, a game room with a pool table, an elevator, and a gas grill. Things to Know The electric fireplace is only for off-season use from October to May. The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia, LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 9 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We traveled to Virginia Beach for our daughter’s wedding. I cannot say enough good things about this property. Clean, well appointed, amazing views. Our group of 10 had more than enough room to spread out but still come together to play pool and cards.

This property is one of the best I have been to so far in the past 7-8 years. Spacious rooms with king beds and bunk bed rooms offer a lot of sleeping space. Cleanliness was right on the spot. Three levels of living space is nicely stuffed with options for everyone, including a movie theater on level 3. The external bar by the pool was a highlight for us. However, the hot tub was gross with stale water. Multiple attempts to reach Vacasa did not result in any positive outcome. This was more of a property management issue. They did not fix the ripped screen either and kept confusing this booking with another one. Some window blinds need attention as well. Overall an excellent experience for the whole family.

The week was beautiful and the home was a perfect property for us. A few things could have gone better the blender didn't work finding that out while making mashed potatoes wasn't fun or the oven not staying warm 🙃 while doing the prime rib was fun but otherwise this home is perfect for a large family. We are looking for a home for our Thanksgiving tradition yearly this could be the one for us. We made some great memories

This was a beautiful house with more than enough space for our family reunion. The house was pretty clean, however, there were some maintenance things - such as walls that had been repaired and not painted. We just figured it was because it was the end of the busy season and they just hadn't had time to get to it yet. The property has an elevator, which I did not see in the listing. It was a nice bonus. Something that was really strange was no trash cans in any bathroom! The only trash can was in the kitchen. There were also not any extra trash bags. We went to the grocery enough times that we had more than enough bags for bathroom trash. Since it was off season, the pool was closed. The hot tub was great! All in all, a great property to spend time with family! Highly recommend!

Over the Moon is absolutely beautiful! The house is so spacious and perfect for large gatherings. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and there is ample seating. The beds are very comfortable and the young kids enjoyed having the bunk rooms. They loved the lower level with the pool table and game table. The pool and hot tub area is perfect for enjoying the beautiful view of the ocean and there is plenty of seating for everyone. The house was clean and perfect for hours of relaxation and fun for our family. We would definitely stay here again!

Over the moon stay was wonderful, beachfront, sunsets and sunrises were amazing. We had a wonderful stay and the view to die for. Glad we chose over the moon and we would definitely return.

House was more than sufficient with beds for our family! Sheets were soft and towels were plentiful. Kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. Only downside was the bbq grills weren’t working properly. Other than that the house was delightful and a beautiful spot on the ocean.

The location, size of the house the amenities were all absolutely fabulous! Unfortunately it was dirty from cobwebs everywhere, dead insects in the window seal, blankets of dust in the basement, kitchen drawers filthy, grimey, and contained old food crumbs. The ceiling fans literally flung dust when turned on. Also trash from previous guest was left behind. Thr water in the jacuzzi needed changing BAD!

Perfect off- season destination for a large family gathering. Big enough to gather together and have still your own space. House is well outfitted, although by the end of season could use a thorough cleaning and needed maintenance.

Celebrated the wedding of our son. This property was perfect for housing family, facilitating the beach wedding and a small reception around the pool. Home is well appointed with many comforts and amenities. Easy access to the beach, beautiful views, comfortable accommodations.

Overall it is a great place to stay, the house is nice and clean, it is very close to the sea. However the hot tub can not be used, so we called the customer service, they said they would send someone here, but nobody came.
