A Sandbridge classic, this spacious, 4,600-square-foot, one-of-a-kind, custom-built, three-level home is ideally located at the secluded north end. Adjacent to the path with direct beach access makes this home just a short distance from the wide end of the beach. Victorian Sea-cret features top-level ocean views, impressively large rooms with two large primary bedroom suites, a jetted tub, a wet bar with a refrigerator, a living room with cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, a separate dining room, a large kitchen, and ceramic baths. A gorgeous salt-treated pool with a buddy seat is completely enclosed for privacy. It is perfectly suited for family fun, comfort, and relaxation. With a gracious blend of style and warmth, not even Queen Victoria could keep this beauty a secret. Amenities include TVs in most rooms, a DVD player, a stereo, WiFi, karaoke, a pool, a gas grill, a jetted tub, a second refrigerator, a mini-fridge, and a wet bar. THINGS TO KNOW The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. I loved the ac. Everything else was dirty nasty and falling apart. The house needs a complete overhaul. It was not as represented on the website. I think those photos were taken 25 years ago.

Very nice sized house, We had/have numerous complaints, all have been forwarded thru the communication line with no response from Management??? I sent another complaint on Saturday Aug. 27, 2022 prior to leaving. still no response. This is not good business.

The house matched our family well. We liked the proximity to the beach. The house was and could be a beautiful home. It is in need of some repairs which could be due to the fact that our week was at the end of July.

This six-bedroom house is super spacious. High ceilings; several enormous bedrooms. Very large deck, which we used all the time for meals. We were looking for a large house near the beach for a multi-family vacation that would accept two small dogs, and this was it. Maintenance of house was not great; jacuzzi didn't work; beds in one room needed removal of thready stuff coming off mattresses; some blinds were broken or inoperative. But all in all we really enjoyed this place for its location, pool, and spaciousness, and plan to return next year.
