We can’t say enough about Serenity Now! Exquisite ocean-to-bay views are just the beginning of what is offered by this professionally decorated corner condo. Fine furnishings throughout compliment a well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living room is equipped with a 65-inch smart TV and comfortable seating for all to enjoy. The convenient location also indulges guests with its breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Two sliding doors off the living room open out to the expansive wraparound balcony which offers cushioned seating, a dining table, and a coffee table - perfect for relaxing and dining alfresco while watching dolphins play in the ocean and seabirds riding the breezes. There are five smart TVs, one in each bedroom and one in the living room which also has a DVD and stereo, and a library of DVD movies for fun family time. The main bedroom has a large walk-in closet and a double-sink granite vanity separate from the bathing area. The main bedroom is oceanfront, so you can watch the sunrise from the comfort of the king bed or fall asleep to the soothing sound of the surf. A newly installed washer/dryer is also available for any laundry needs. The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools (open mid-May to mid-September) and two fitness centers. Things to Know The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, and making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Serenity Now is an ocean-front condo with a very nice balcony that we saw every sunrise from! Large rooms with plenty of storage. Very comfy beds!

We have a large family and the condo was perfect for us. All rooms having its own bathroom was clutch, and the condo is spacious enough that we were never on top of each other. Ocean/beachfront view was fantastic, condo was well maintained and clean, everything was in working order, kitchen was well stocked with necessities for cooking. We loved how the complex has a resort feel/vibe. Everything was incredibly convenient. Our only complaint was having 2 key cards for our group with no other way to get into condo. Otherwise, we had the best time and we would love to be back! ***FYI: the margs and tacos at the Mexican restaurant on site were some of the best we have ever had!

This was our 5th vacation at the Sanctuary in Sandbridge. First time staying in this particular Condo, Serenity Now. The location was perfect, rooms and bathrooms were great for our family of 10. However the kitchen was not at all equipped for cooking for a family that size. With only one large pot and two tiny ones and only one cookie sheet, it made cooking a nightmare. For a minimal investment in pots and pans, this would be a fabulous condo and 5 star worthy. Sadly, I’m not sure we would stay at this one again because of this.

Would have loved the view from the unit, but couldn’t enjoy it through the handprints and dirt on all the windows. I rated it a one because it was the lowest I could submit. Negative ten would have been more appropriate.

Condo was oceanfront and the balcony and furniture are wonderful. The bedroom setup gives everyone privacy and plenty of space. Due to staffing shortages, our arrival was delayed a day for cleaning. That I understand; however, all the floors were filthy and the furniture needs to be steam cleaned.

The Condo was quite nice with beautiful views of the ocean, but our experience was awful. Although I paid for early check-in, Vacasa initially would not honor it… and would not refund my money. It took several repeat calls to Vacasa to work out the situation. We then walked into a dirty condo: unmade beds, unclean bathrooms; bugs in our cabinets; a refrig that leaked; broken bathroom accessories; limited parking; lights that would not work and (dealbreaker for us) WiFi that did not work and little to no cell phone coverage. I called Vacasa no less than 8 times during my stay and it took days for the local staff to be alerted. Most issues were resolved the day before we left. Hope the next renters have better luck.

Our family just returned from a week stay at the Sanctuary. I was impressed with the size of the condo and how spacious it felt with the amount of people we had staying together. The location of an ocean front room and how little of a walk to the beach is what makes this place great. With all that said, the condo was not up to standards with cleanliness. We were told less than 24 hrs before check in that our place would not be cleaned in time. I went into the condo and spent 3 hours cleaning it upon our arrival. Also, the bunk room for the kids had 2 twin bunks, but the top bunk of one was not useable as the railing was missing.

The condo is nice, oceanfront and perfect for a large family. Kitchen is sufficient to cook. Wish there was a large stockpot for pasta or crab legs. After 12 hours in car with 2 toddlers, we arrived at 7pm to the cleaners cleaning the condo. To say we were upset was an understatement. Apparently the first set of cleaners never showed and when they realized it a second crew came to clean. It was 8:30 pm when we were finally able to get into our condo after sitting in the hall with all the stuff we carried up expecting to get into our condo. We were refunded the cleaning fee with no other care in the world from Vacasa that we lost the entire first day of vacation.
