The building was in great condition for its age. The courtyard and staff are very welcoming upon arrival. Also, very convenient loading and unloading in the parking garage. Most importantly, the condo was very clean and just as described.
$65 to park seems a bit extreme but the price of everything in Ocean City seems extreme. There was a water outage for several hours the one morning that required some work arounds that was rather inconvenient. Lastly, the lobby and elevators were stiflingly hot. I can't believe someone hasn't passed out.

the pool the arcade room close to beach
the condo was a little dirty with food under couch and in cushions of chairs. Also the pool should use more chemicals or be cleaned more. there were boogers in the pool. also got a couple bites in main bedroom
