Disappointing.

Staff at Milano Centrale train station were kind and helpful (but remote when service support was needed) Fairly convenient location. China town in Milano was unexpected.

Multi-page fine print legalistic contract was required. Needless and off-putting. Even hotels don't require this Facilities in minor disrepair: Window glass in bedroom broken. Toilet paper holder falling off wall No drinking water or paper towels provided in kitchen. No pillow cover slips provided for extra pillows Key drop off was difficult as the mailbox number was not present on the box No easy access to quick service needs. None of the charm of a B&B nor convenience of a hotel

Everything is good!

location is good to eating and living, hot water very good! stuff is kind!

It’s a bit small for 4 persons.

Ruim!

Localização.

Muito difícil todo o acesso, muito complicado, informazioni difícil de acessar. Apartamento sujo com cheiro de fumaça 🚬. E falta de higiene. Não aluguel!!! E uma furada!!!!
