We spent 5 days in this condo, and enjoyed every minute. Everything in the property was in excellent condition, plenty of everything (towels, bathroom things, etc), and very clean and organized. If you stay here, I would strongly recommend visiting 11Haus - it's a Jamaican restaurant just across the street. The food and the owners were wonderful! You can walk to everything - we hardly ever touched our car, just left it cozy in the garage. Walk to the movie theater, walk to multiple dining places, walk to get a massage, it's all there - everything you want or need. Smith's grocery store is right there also. Super convenient! The beds were very comfortable and you get a healthy selection of various pillows so you'll have the right one for you. The hot tub and extra roomy shower are most excellent! We had 5 of us there for the first night, and then the kids went home and we just enjoyed a break from the kids. 5 or 6 people can stay there very comfortably. Vacasa was very responsive on text messaging for easy communications, and they have the whole operation running very smooth. We had a fantastic experience through and through.

Just finished our 2 night stay here. I like to end on a good note, so I'll start with the cons. Cons: *It was a little difficult to find as the gps/google maps kept taking us to the wrong location. Once we found where we needed to go it was easy, it was just finding it initially. *The 1 car attached garage is small. I had read that in another review & was glad I did as we considered bring our mega cab truck & it would've never fit or made the sharp turns. We brought my Honda Pilot & it barely fit both front to back & side to side. Then there was the garage itself, it had issues. The door liked to open & close on its own & the button on the wall didn't work. We did find a temp fix & informed them & they fixed it the next day. *The master bath had some cleaning &maint issues that needed fixed. I informed them & they came the next day to take care of them with the garage door. That was really it, other than the layout was funky & you can't lock the garage door so anyone in the complex could get into your personal garage unit only, no biggie, we just locked the car to be on the safe side. When you first enter the unit you walk into the master bedroom area with hot tub on the balcony. To get to the kitchen, living room & guest bed/bath you have to go up stairs. Pros: *We LOVED the hot tub & used it several times, even in the 80* temps. *It has a full size fridge, freezer & appliances. *Master is a king size bed *Shower/tub was oversized *Tons of Blankets We'd stay again!!

We enjoyed the hot tub, slept well in the mattresses, and was a convenient location for Salt Lake valley and also to Park City. We asked property manager if they had a Blu-ray player beforehand and they said no. We got there and they did have one. We asked to check out only an hour later but they were inflexible unless you pay an additional fee. We left an item in the garage (due to rushing out) that wasn’t even ours but the rental car company’s booster seat. They wanted to charge a “finders fee” after being inflexible about an hour later check out. The fire alarm went off which we later found out from neighbors was routine but we didn’t know. If poor management or customer service doesn’t bother you then this is a great place for you!

The unit was perfect for a ski vacation at Park City. The unit is conveniently located to grocery and restaurants without the usual hassles of downtown Park City. The private hot tub was perfect. The unit was clean with most kitchen and bathroom items usually found in vacation rentals. My suggestions to the owners would be to add a larger standard sized kitchen trash can, add more hangers, provide a dowel rod for the sliding glass door by the hot tub (since the lock did not work), and install more towel bars or hooks in the bathrooms. Otherwise it is a great place, and I would definitely stay here again.

Very close to Park City. Free bus tranportation less than a 1mile walk. Condo was just as it looked. Extra space heater in the main bedroom was a must, but worked like a charm. Hot tub was amazing after a long day of skiing. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Definitely would stay here again.

We have stayed in the Newpark Resort area for nearly a decade and always appreciated the location and amenities. We were disappointed in the lack of cleanliness of this particular property (floors and bedding) but otherwise enjoyed the property. However, we were awoken at 5 am one morning and 3:30 am another morning by fire alarms that forced us to stand outside in the cold with other guests for nearly an hour before the alarms were shut off. As you can imagine, this was an incredible imposition and started two of our days off very poorly due to lack of sleep.

This rental is a solid 4.2/5. The location is outstanding and within a stone’s throw to a few of Park City’s best restaurants (Hearth & Hill, Bartolo’s, Loco Lizard). Close to paved trails and shopping. The rental itself is absolutely fine. Enough beds for a family to stay comfortably. The full kitchen was a major plus. The completely private hot tub was divine. The beds were comfortable with quality sheets and pillows. That being said, there were some missed details that would have led me to give a higher score. The white walls are quite scuffed and dirty - which doesn’t lend to the romantic weekend vibe we were shooting for. Mismatched lightbulbs over the bathroom vanity certainly didn’t help me get my makeup on for the day. The layout is a bit clunky and if you can manage it, I’d suggest the main guests stay in the upstairs bedroom - which in my opinion should be where the king bed is located. Unless you drive a compact car, the parking space is useless (though would be nice if you bring bikes or other recreational gear with you). It was much too small for my mid size SUV, so we parked in stalls at the end of the property. I’d definitely come back with kids in tow, but will be searching for something a bit more cared for next time my husband and I try to getaway for the weekend.
