Located in Snyderville, this lovely house for $152 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Welcome to the Alpine! A modern retreat nestled among the aspens and evergreen trees of the Canyons Village at Park City Mountain Resort. Enjoy the entire home to yourself as well as the two year-round community hot tubs and firepit. The Alpine is a townhome with a warm wood interior, sophisticated décor, and plenty of natural light. Private, beautifully appointed, and just around the corner from the Canyons resort. Snuggle up with your significant other in the living room, flip on the fireplace, enjoy a TV program. Just a 6-minute walk to the Canyons cabriolet and a 35-minute drive from Salt Lake City International Airport! The unit includes secure underground parking, private deck, and two community hot tubs. THE SPACE You will find everything you need in this two-story townhome. The main floor boast a river stone fireplace, a fully stocked kitchen and a stacked washer and dryer. You will have access to your own private deck with a propane grill, which is perfect for an evening BBQ. Head back inside and up the stairs to the second floor to find three beautifully appointed bedrooms, all with vaulted ceilings, to include a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. THE KITCHEN The kitchen is stocked with a fridge/freezer, oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, crockpot, utensils, cookware, and crockery. THE LIVING ROOM In the living room you will enjoy a comfortable sectional couch, complete with a full-sized pull-out sofa bed, dining room table capable of seating six, and a gas fireplace operated by a wall-mounted switch. BEDROOMS You will enjoy three bedrooms in our home, which are all located upstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed, the first guestroom has a queen bed, and the second guestroom is furnished with a queen bed. BATHROOMS The first floor is equipped with a half bathroom just on the kitchen. The second floor boasts an en-suite bathroom in the master suite and a ‘Jack and Jill’ bathroom that is shared by the two guest bedrooms. DECK Through a door adjacent to the kitchen, you will find yourself on the home's deck, which is equipped with a propane grill and views of Deer Valley's Bald Mountain. PARKING Guests will have access to a secure underground garage with space for parking 1 vehicle. The clearance for the garage is low, coming in at 6’5”, which is tall enough for most SUVs without any roof racks or lift kits. There is also limited free first-come-first-serve outdoor parking in the community, just keep in mind they can fill up fast! PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION The Alpine is located less than 500ft from one of Park City's bus stops. This free electric bus transportation system can easily take you to Park City Mountain Resort, Downtown Park City, and Deer Valley Resort. Search, "Park City Public Transportation" online for routes & schedule details. TIMBERWOLF COMMUNITY The Timberwolf Community is a well maintained neighborhood with a secluded feel while being conveniently located to some of Park City’s greatest mountain slopes. It is a short 6-minute walk to the Canyons cabriolet, a 8-minute drive to Utah Olympic Park, a 10-minute drive to Park City Mountain Village Base Area & Historic Park City Main Street, and a 12-minute drive to Deer Valley Resort. Timberwolf also has two community hot tubs available to guests. Timberwolf is just over two miles from Interstate 80, making travel to and from the airport and Downtown Salt Lake City a cinch. It is just over two miles away from the shops and amenities in Kimball Junction. Oh! Did we mention you’ll be just over two and a half short miles from the Park City Outlets with Nike, Adidas, J. Crew, Under Armour, Merrell, Columbia, Levi’s and more! ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - No smoking - No pets allowed - Yes, central heating, and a fireplace to help warm things up - Free Wi-Fi - This home sleeps 8, 2 on the king bed in the master bedroom, 2 on the queen bed in the first upstairs guest room, and 2 on the queen bed in the second upstairs guest room, and 2 on the full-size pull out sofa in the downstairs living room. NO SMOKING (Including E-Cigarettes) NO PETS Upon arrival, please inspect the property. If you identify concerns or issues, contact your local manager immediately using the provided number in your check-in email. For after-hours communication, leave a message, and we will strive to promptly return your call. Refunds or considerations are only possible if problems are reported during your stay. We can provide a form for documenting pre-existing damage/condition and a claim form for damage during your stay (for those with Vacation Rental Damage Insurance). CONDITION OF PROPERTY: Please leave the property in the same condition as during check-in, normal wear and tear excepted. PMI Park City or its agents may enter for repairs or maid service at reasonable times. Cooking is only allowed in designated areas. Guests must promptly report fire or damage. Liability extends to family, invitees, employees, or other guests. Subletting is prohibited. Guests must return all keys and openers upon departure; failure may result in a minimum $50 charge per item. Compliance with House Rules is mandatory, including no pets unless allowed, no indoor smoking, and pre-entry cleaning. DAMAGE INSURANCE: PMI includes an accidental damage protection policy of $59 in the nightly rental fees and is covered up to $5000. Any damages that amount exceeds $5000, the remaining balance is to be paid by the Guest. Guest understands that this insurance does not cover damage to Guest belongings. It only covers accidental damage to the property and/or contents caused by Guest. OTHER INSURANCE: Guest agrees that PMI Park City and property owner are not responsible for any loss or damage during the term of the rental agreement. Guest agrees to carry insurance covering all personal property brought to the unit by Guest and bears full responsibility for any damage including damage from fire, water, theft, or any cause.

Loved staying at the place, very convenient to slopes and shopping.only suggestion would be to supply humidifiers in the bedrooms like other places we have stayed. Overall, it was comfortable, clean and would stay again!
