To highlight the many state-of-the art amenities this incredible vacation villa offers, you'll find a full-service pub with tall table seating, beer wells, a three-hopper Margaritaville frozen drink maker, a pool table, poker table, jukebox, and a large TV. There is a private deck off the pub, an arcade room with old school video games, a theater room with relaxing lounge style chairs and recliners, an outdoor pool with a large paved deck and pool cabana bar with TV, a heated indoor pool, two full kitchens, a wine bar, and a coffee station, and a beautiful dining area with a large dining table and lit glass panel features, plus private deck for star gazing and sipping your favorite evening beverage. There is also an elevator servicing all levels of the home, commercial ice maker, covered and open decks, and a 'super suite' located on each floor, offering king bedding and luxury water features in the baths. The first floor offers five bedroom suites each with a private bath. There are two king suites (one super suite with luxury water features) and three double queen suites, all with TVs and beautiful furnishings, a full kitchen with seating and easy access to the pool deck, an arcade room, a theater room, an elevator, a commercial ice maker, a laundry room, and a hall bath. The second floor offers two bedroom suites, each with a private bath. There is a king super suite with luxury water features and double queen suite with TVs, a huge living room with electric fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows for expansive ocean views, a full-service pub, a large gourmet kitchen with two gas ranges, two dishwashers, two refrigerators, a wine bar, a coffee station, a second laundry room, a hallway bath, and open and covered decks. The third floor offers six bedroom suites each with a private bath. There are two king suites (one super suite with luxury water features), two double queen suites, and two bunk rooms, each with two twin-over-double bunks and playfully decorated for children, all with TVs, a third laundry room, a small corner seating area overlooking the lower great room. The outside grounds are beautifully landscaped to showcase the sparkling swimming pool, paved pool deck, and cabana bar with a TV and a grilling area with gas grills. THINGS TO KNOW The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 12 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. This is the 3rd year that we've rented this house for a late fall getaway and it never disappoints! Love the size and that each room has it's own bathroom. The indoor pool, game room and bar just add to fun!

This house is exactly as it's pictured. Lots of light, beautiful decor. Fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed for our weekend ladies retreat. Easy access to beach, beautiful outdoor space. Indoor pool was a hit.

We loved everything about this beautiful house on the beach! Thirteen gorgeous and well-appointed bedrooms and baths, distributed on 3 floors. This house has absolutely everything you need to enjoy your fabulous vacation. All 23 of us women were blown away by this beauty on the beach!

We loved this house! Loved the fact that each bedroom had an ensuite and a washer/dryer on each floor. The bar area/gameroom was very nice and highly utilized! Home was very spacious and kid friendly. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots & pans and utensils.

Great place for large group of people. Lots of stuff do. Everything is high end. The beds are all comfortable. My only gripes were there wasn’t a binder with directions on how to use some of the features. It took us a while to figure out the in house speakers. And some of the TVs. We also stayed off season. The indoor pool isn’t heated. So some nights it got a little chilly

We had a group of work friends get together here and it was great for this! Most (or maybe all) bedrooms have a private bath so everyone had their own space, but the common areas were also large enough for 20 people to gather comfortably. The kitchen is stocked with top notch supplies, which was a bonus for me. In addition, lots of delivery options (Grubhub, UberEats, etc.) for anything you forgot or if you don’t want to cook. The only issue we had was with the wifi (losing connection) and regulating temps in some of the bedrooms. Overall the property was amazing and I hope to stay here again in the future!

Having the family together. The house was very nice despite the multiple issues noted when we checked in. Some issues were resolved before we left and some were not. The non-personal touch of not having staff in the office to greet the patrons that paid an exorbitant price to rent this property was disappointing. I will be surprised if our review is shared with any new or potential patrons. Good luck and hopefully the issues are resolved prior to the next patrons.

The Regency Royal was absolutely spectacular - spacious, clean & just perfect for our family of 20 adults & 10 children 11yrs & down. Home provided everything we needed & wanted. Will definitely return !

We had a large multi-generational family reunion. The Regency Royale was perfect. Bathrooms in each bedroom plus a few in common areas. A big wonderful kitchen. Two pools. It worked perfectly. I would say some of the linen and towels were simple and small. So you may want to bring your own. Also, the kitchen is clean but empty so remember to bring everything you need (plastic wrap, ziplock, oil, etc.). Would definitely come back.

The house is wonderful- big and spacious. The gathering rooms are modern and open, perfect for large families. Being right on the beach meant that the kids could go back and forth from the ocean to the pool. Lots of bedrooms, with bunks for the smaller kids. We had a great week

The place was really great, only low points are the outside grill was really dirty and no tools to clean it, and some of the arcade games were not good , dart game was broken, not a single one works, pool table needs restoration Over all it was a great place and for sure recommended and will come back again.

We stayed for a leadership retreat. It was a great home for several adults. I love the fact that it had plenty of entertainment and each room had its own restroom as well.
The house was very clean and it looked like we were the first people to use it. Check in and check out was very smooth.
