The home is in a gorgeous area and the view is to die for, it just was not professionally cleaned at all (despite the host mentioning cleaners being in the home prior to our arrival), we hosted a small event here (approved beforehand by the host) and we had to clean for over an hour to make the space presentable. There was dog poop all over the yard, all of the windows and doors were covered in hand prints, there was a random litter box just sitting in the middle of the deck. Broken glass out back, random empty juice bottles left out, shoes and various personal items left out…We made the space work and our event was beautiful, but for the price that amount of necessary cleaning was just unacceptable.

Property views great. House…steep driveway would have been nice to know. Also about the construction. Cat box with poop in closet. Comforter…looked like poop. Had to clean them. Dishes in dishwasher. Bees in tree. Windows dirty…we cleaned them. Clothes in washer and dryer…placed looked lived in. Dishes and glasses lacking. We cleaned and made the place beautiful for my daughters shower for which we had permission. It was a lovely event but for what we paid definitely not up to par. I have pictures.

We had a great stay. The only issues we had, or suggestions to the owners is to add a few items to the kitchen and to have a book that has the nearby restaurants and wi fi password easily accessible. Items the kitchen could use: Toaster Spatulas Coffee cups Coffee filters And it would be nice if the coffee pot was on the counter and not hidden.

My husband and I stayed here over Thanksgiving with our 2 adult sons and their significant others. The home is lovely and the view is amazing. I was not automatically provided the entry information through VRBO until I contacted the owner directly a couple of days prior to arriving. He did get back with me quickly. In fact he was very responsive with every question I had which I appreciated. The kitchen was large and well equipped. Just FYI there is no coffee maker or coffee cups or wine glasses so if you need those you will need to bring your own as we did. Also the bedrooms are sparsely furnished. The master that I stayed in only had a bed and no other furniture. Fortunately, I had a box with me that I could use to keep some water and my phone next to the bed. I believe there was a nightstand in at least one of the other rooms. That was only a minor thing though and did not take away from the enjoyable weekend I had. The home is close to my family in Southern California so I would definitely stay again as it was a very enjoyable holiday. However, the price has increased significantly since I originally booked a few month ago so I am not sure that will be feasible but it was a wonderful home.

We had a group of 8 family members from CA, NY, FL & MO vacation together in the house. Lots of room especially open floor plan common areas (kitchen, dining & 2 family rooms) plus a large deck with a view. The owner was very responsive to our requests. Suggestions for owner = better cleaning crew (floors were dirty) and more pictures of all bed rooms and bathrooms which may have been corrected)

My friends and I do a guys trip every year and rent a VRBO. Everyone who stayed and visited with us were very pleased with this house. It was big enough to handle a large group and was in a great location. The property manager was easy to reach with any questions. We will definitely rent this again in the future

This house is ideal for groups or couples where multiple bedrooms are needed. I think this place has the potential to be a great vacation rental, but there are some gaps in the overall experience that the host needs to address. Most importantly, the house had not been cleaned well when we arrived. We found dirty towels left on the floor in the house, some of the showers and bathrooms were not clean (e.g. body hair everywhere) and it was questionable whether the sheets had been washed. The host offered to refund our cleaning fee, but he never did. Second, the house is not outfitted for a 6-8 people. It has a limited number of plates, coffee mugs, pots/pans, etc. that you would need to accommodate a full day of cooking for that many people. We found ourselves having to do dishes multiple times throughout the day. Lastly, there's some polish that's lacking in the arrival process. The host had provided the wrong code for the gate, so we had to call him to gain access. Fortunately he was available, but it may have been a problem. There were also no house instructions or info to help us settle in, such as the wifi password. Overall we had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the premises and neighborhood. The unclean house was a major disappointment, but all of the issues we faced could be easily addressed by the host so that future guests have a great stay.

Check in was good and communication was timely with the owner. After that the nightmare began. This place was NOT cleaned. Here are the ways that too many things were unacceptable and wrong with this place:Hairs all over the bathroom floors and in the tubs, as well as bugs in the tub. Sheets on downstairs bedroom had dandruff and/crumbs in them. Toilet handle in downstairs bathroom by the entrance comes off/pulls out. Sheets on downstairs bedroom by the entrance were super dirty and full of hair. Had to go buy new sheets.Not a single coffee mug on the premise. No conditioner or lotion in bathrooms. Floors are so dirty-feet turned black every day!3 pounds of cherries just sitting in the fridge drawer and food left in the fridge. Lollipop stick stuck to the top of my nightstand and wrapper on the ground. Empty water bottle left in upstairs master Dirty cutting board and silverware -had to wash them all Dead flies on lower bathroom window sill by entrance No nightstands in upstairs master. Nothing in bedrooms hardly but beds. Huge Blood stains on my mattress with no mattress cover. No clocks in any of the bedrooms. No wash clothes or hand towels anywhere. Just a mismatch towel left in every room. We complained immediately that first day. He apologized at first (I have the text messages), admitted his “new” maids didn’t clean and offered $100 back. As the weekend went on we noticed more and more of the things listed above. We asked for more money back after we completed our stay…esp since we had to go buy our own sheets, do extra work to clean things in the kitchen and didn’t have simple comforts of home like you would expect at an $800 a night VRBO. Since our request for more money back for our overpriced gross weekend, he has now started to accuse us of having a party, leaving dishes everywhere, and that we were horrible guests. Also claiming we plugged up his plumbing and trying to charge us $450 for it. Never happened! We are 3 clean moms with 3 young daughters. No parties. No using the plumbing any other way than a normal human being. He has turned nasty now and is making up lies…trying to charge us $600 MORE!!! This guy Aziz is turning out to be a total scam artist. Do NOt stay here. It is gross and way over priced for what you are expecting to get for your money! Plus he will spin whatever complaints you might have, make stuff up about you and then try to charge you more!! Awful.
