Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. It was the perfect house for a NYE girls weekend! Everyone loved the house and there was plenty of room.

The house was spacious and fit our whole crew. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was amazing. The house has black mold in the vents upstairs which got some of our crew sick. The kitchen is barely stocked with items. They didn’t even have oven mitts. Be prepared to buy everything you need. The proximity to the beach and pool was the best.

Loved that everyone had their own bathroom and TV. House was within walking distance to restaurants and retail. Easy access to beach as well. Comfortable beds.

We were a group of 4 couples. This house was perfect. Each bedroom has its own bath. Plenty of rooms/space for us to spread out to work, watch tv, or just relax. Beautiful kitchen with a huge island. Cute den for early morning coffee time until it got watt enough to move to the screened porch. And a short walk to the beach.

Emily the property manager very attentive. Cold water for first 24 hrs. , no hot water Washing machine moldy Grill very bad condition Furniture worn All beds uncomfortable. King bed two very indented areas from mattress not being turned.Queen beds worn, could feel springs Back porch dirty Great layout for large family Great location Grill was fixed by day 5 Hot water by day 2 We bought bleach and cleaned washer Very expensive, expected it to be immaculate and it wasn’t

This house is conviently located, allowing easy access to the beach, shops, tennis courts, golf and pools. The house is spacious and has TVs and en suite baths in each bedroom. Mattresses were very comfortable.

Property was perfect for our family! Everyone enjoyed having their own bathroom and the screened in porch was an added bonus. The home was tastefully decorated and Vacasa was very responsive to our questions and needs.

Great house and location. Few hiccups. It is not advertised that the only way to get to bedroom 5 is through the master. No good! No stopper for the jetted tub! Master sink drains super slow and door to bedroom by laundry sticks terribly waking everyone up in the house. But. Fabulous house. Great porches. Great kitchen. Very well stocked.
