As you enter the house, you’ll be greeted by a grand foyer that opens up to a spacious living area and a formal dining room, both overlooking the picturesque marshes and sunsets. The living area offers a cozy fireplace, large doors opening up to the deck and soaring ceilings, creating a perfect space for entertaining or relaxation. The gourmet kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances and stunning custom cabinetry, with plenty of counter space and two large islands for gatherings. This home boasts seven generously-sized bedrooms, several of which also enjoy the sweeping marsh views and breathtaking sunsets. Each of the bedrooms features an en-suite bathroom and ample closet space. In the event that the noise level exceeds the set limit, you will receive a friendly reminder text message asking you to turn the noise down. This is to help you avoid any violations that could result in a fine of $1087 per day from the Isle of Palms Police Department, along with significant penalties for the homeowner
