About this house rental
This Property's backyard will be under construction adding a pool between 8/1/26-12/15/26 after planned completion on 12/15/26 it will have it's own private pool. Vacation paradise, quiet with a 14'x 28' pool and Tropical tiki hut/bar which features a table in the pool and TV in the tiki bar. The pool/tiki area is situated on a separate lot directly between 2 rental properties and is shared between the 2. The house is located in a great neighborhood was just completed in March 2022 and has a small canal in backyard and an outdoor swing. Conveniently located to restaurants and golfing ( Rotunda, Riverwood, Myakka Pines). Close (between 15-30 min drive), to Gulf Beaches including, Boca Grand, Englewood, Blind Pass, and Manasota Key. There is parasailing, jet skiing, and dolphin tours within a 15 min. drive. There are baseball spring training stadiums nearby, Tampa Bay Rays (10 min), Atlanta Braves (20 min) and Red Sox (1 hour).

As far as clean I’d give it a 6 if I could. I’m very picky and I’ve never felt this comfortable in any other rental. Perfect convenient location to all shops, beaches and the best dining options around. We will definitely be back.

Lydia was very helpful throughout our entire stay. Very friendly and welcoming. Pool was great. House was very clean and was supplied with all the necessities.

Great home to stay in! Very comfortable and convenient to beach, restaurants and activities. Tiki bar at the pool was fun.
