Home was clean and a good value. Not a fancy home, but solidly basic. The rental manager was excellent to deal with on a couple of items. Loved the neighbors and taking walks on the sidewalk. Great convenient location. Being able to park our car in the garage would have been a nice advantage, but not a deal breaker. A screened lanai would also have helped keep the pool surface cleaner.

The house is in a beautiful neighborhood and is a nice vacation spot. We were not impressed with how dirty the bathrooms felt, didn't want to shower before cleaning it. This property is owned by a rental service so it is slightly confusing on who to talk to to solve problems.
