A large family Christmas which required lots of space, and this was perfect. Great sleeping arrangements, close to all the places we explored, awesome communication with the host, the family loved it.

This Vrbo is the perfect place if you are traveling with several people. Plenty of room to spread out. The kids were happy. The adults were happy. The beds are comfy. The kitchen is well Equipt. The hosts are very responsive! Easy access to all things Tampa.

We had such a great time in the location was ideal for attending the spring training games for the Yankees. Our host was extremely attentive and quickly respond to any questions we had Overall stay was fantastic and I would highly recommend the house is very accommodating and is able to comfortably fit a large group of people.

This spacious house was the perfect place for our stay. We had two couples in our party and children ranging in age from 3 months to 16 years. There was something for everyone to enjoy: Plenty of space for the adults to spread out, whether privately in their rooms or together in the common areas; a pool for the kids to spend some energy; a beautiful outdoor area to enjoy the sun; a game room for the kids to hang out and play; and even a separate air conditioned shed for the teenage boys to enjoy playing their guitars. The host communicated quickly anytime we had a question and the check-in and check-out procedures were clear and easy to follow. We felt safe in the area and it was quiet, with the exception of just a little road noise that was not audible from inside the house. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you need if you choose to prepare meals at the house. The bathrooms were also well appointed with everything you need -- towels, hair dryer, garment steamer, and toothbrushes. We visit the area during this week each year to attend lectures at a local college, and if this house is available, we will stay here every time! Highy recommend.

We stayed for 2 nights with a family of 12 and it worked out great. The host was extremely responsive and patient when I repeated questions. We rented both of the host's rental SUV's which was very convenient. Although we weren't there much, the game room kept the kids attention so the adults could relax.
