PRIVATE PARADISE! NEW Force Air ConditionerBeautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath home tucked away in Eugene's gorgeous southwest hills. This open kitchen-living-room space is ideal, it's marvelous window views are second to none providing ample light and blackout curtains and blinds when the light is no longer desired. The downstairs suit is located just off the incredible bar area (downstairs-bar and family room) The back yard is remarkable, hot tub, horseshoe pits, full outdoor living room equipped with cable television, gas BBQ, dahlia and vegetable gardens. There is also a workout area in the garage featuring a treadmill and weights. This fantastic home is centrally located, just 3.8 miles from Hayward Field, 4.3 miles from Autzen Stadium and 3 miles from downtown Eugene.

This home was comfortable for our older and younger guests. We enjoyed the backyard, which worked well to host family bbqs to celebrate our college graduate. The furniture is comfortable and the layout is perfect for large groups. The music themes added to the fun. While we didn’t use the bar downstairs it would have been great if the weather hadn’t cooperated with us. Very friendly and helpful host as well. We saw will turkeys every day and we enjoyed the quiet as well.

Had a great stay with adult children and newborn grandson. Lots of room. Interesting art and i mean that in a positive way.

The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because of the indoor/ outdoor cat. We are animal lovers and loved the cat, but it wasn't listed on the advertisement and could cause someone problems if they are allergic. The kitchen cookware could have been better stocked as well. But overall we really enjoyed our stay and found the owner very easy to work with.
