The staff was amazing helped us with getting inside the property because we ddnt receive a code
And they ddnt know about us coming 🥹 but they made it called the owner and we went through big ups to them 🥂
That we ddnt receive the code for checking in
The 1 had on email wasn’t correct but fortunately 1 of the staff members saw us and helped and the owner doesn’t pick calls

It’s a beautiful concept.The location was great. The views were awesome. The staff was very nice
The breakfast could have been better, I couldn’t even finish it on both days I stayed there. The omelette was just bacon and melted cheese wrapped into an egg (nothing else). They only had one tea option (5 roses). I also didn’t like that when I asked for an extra blanket, they said they had none, yet there isn’t even an electric blanket, they even switch off the aircon at 9pm, so one can’t use it to keep warm. Yes they offer firewood, but the fire won’t be on the entire night, it was freezing cold and uncomfortable. We stayed in room 1, The mattress was not comfortable at all. The host”s communication isn’t that great, we had to be the ones looking for the host for details that should have otherwise been sent prior to our arrival. Check-in was a hustle, we had to call multiple times whilst at the gate to receive the pin to enter, even during our stay there was no communication from the host, when we needed to leave there was no communication as to how we could make the remaining payment, we had to call the host for clarity. On the last day we had to squeeze the dining table into the room because it was raining on the patio (where you’d normally be served breakfast) , yet the space inside the room is very tight, the table was literally leaning on the bath tub and the bed as we ate breakfast.
