Nestled in Lancaster, this charming house for $213 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Fabulous location in the heart of the Chestnut Hill neighborhood of Lancaster City. Highly walkable location within a short walking distance of F&M campus, Downtown Restaurants, Art Galleries, Coffee Shops and the Lancaster Central Market. Within a block of LUCA and Splits and Giggles Cafe. Also a convenient short drive to some of Lancaster’s famous attractions including Sight and Sound, Pennsylvania Dutch Attractions and much more. This 1900’s row home is equipped with all you need for a stay in Lancaster city. This beautifully renovated home features a recently updated kitchen with quartz countertops and backsplash tile from Spain. On the first floor you will also find hickory flooring throughout and a large dining table. A half bath with laundry is also conveniently located on the first floor. The living room contains a flat screen tv for guest viewing pleasure. The second floor features hardwoods throughout and has two spacious bedrooms, one with a king bed and tv and another with a full bed. A full bathroom with a double sink is also located on the second floor. Lastly, The third floor hosts a king sized bed, a tv and plush carpeting that was recently installed. This room also has a tv. All beds are memory foam mattresses to make for a great nights sleep. Both king size bedrooms have incredibly large windows that let in amazing light throughout the day. There is also a small partially fenced yard. This is a residential neighborhood and there is free street parking available. Please note that the home is not handicap accessible and may also prove difficult for individuals who have trouble ambulating. All bedrooms are located on the second and third floors of the home and even though street parking is plentiful in the neighborhood, if it is not possible to park directly outside the home, then parking can be a 1-2 minute walk from the home.

This 3-story row house is on a one-way narrow city street, which kept traffic to a minimum and made for a relatively quiet location. Some great restaurants, taverns, and microbreweries are close by, and Central Market and other downtown locations are within easy walking distance. It's an older row house in the city, so there's some occasional traffic noise, but it's generally quiet with access to street parking. The house worked well for our group of 6 people, with each couple having its own bedroom. Just about everything in the house worked as expected. It had a large dining table, which made for a nice gathering location and work area. (Since 4 members of our group were working remotely during the day, that was important.) With the wi-fi, they could work and take calls at different locations in the house. The appliances are new, and the kitchen had everything we needed, although we didn't cook a lot. If you're planning to cook all of your meals there, you might find that you could use another pot or some kitchen gadget that might be useful, but we got along fine with what was provided. Being near F&M college made for some nice neighborhood walks and jogs on the college track. I was able to walk to a local restaurant/brewery and meet friends for lunch. Our host checked in with us and was very responsive. She dropped off a bath mat and helped us with parking, which was much appreciated. We plan to return during our next visit to Lancaster.

My friends and I loved this VRBO property! It was incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, and cozy/relaxing. A fabulous location within a short walk to many attractions in Lancaster city. The property owner was lovely to work with and provided all the amenities! I’d recommend this home to anyone!

A friend and I stayed here for a girls' weekend, and we could not have been more pleased with the property. Every need was anticipated, and the property manager even reached out to help arrange a parking permit for the weekend. Absolutely wonderful experience!!

This home is beautiful and very comfortable! It’s a great location and has plenty of space. It was just what we were looking for for a weekend in Lancaster for our family of four and in-laws! Thank you so for a wonderful stay!

Very clean and comfortable property in a nice location. Everything was up to date and felt exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable and the property was as described. We were in walking distance of restaurants and ice cream shop with very easy access to downtown area. You cannot park directly in front of the property during the week without a permit, but there was easy to find parking at the end of the block. It was not a problem to park for unloading our things and then find a spot for the car overnight. Would highly recommend this property if the bed and bedroom configurations meet your needs.
