Situated in Arvada, this lovely house for $151 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Centrally located: 40 min to skiing, 15 to hiking, 30 min to Boulder, 20 min to downtown Denver, 10 minutes to Old Town Arvada. Play/420 friendly (no smoking inside) w/ room for 8. 4 bedrooms (2 down & 2 up w/optional blow up queen mattress). Baby/kid supplies, WFH desk, cooking wares (spices etc.). Play areas for adults & children: 65" TV w/ Netflix, heaters for garage game room (ping pong/air hockey/basketball), grill, cornhole, ladderball, fire pit, & board games! Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. We live locally but will only be there if you need us, otherwise we maintain separate residences. Quiet neighborhood with walkability to parks. Quiet hours 10 pm - 8 am. Parking is ample, driveway has 4 spaces. On the main floor there is a living room with 65" TV with pre-logged in Netflix, a dining room with 6 chairs and a 70" table, an eat-in kitchen with Keurig coffee machine (and drip coffee maker in pantry) and a large assortment of spices for your cooking pleasure! Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a bathtub. Downstairs there is a bathroom with shower, a large bedroom with decorative fireplace (NO fires please, flu is permanently closed up), desk area for remote work, and another bedroom with two twin beds. **Please note, in order to get to the two twin bedroom, you do pass through the king bedroom.** In the closet of the two twin bedroom is a portable crib, booster that clips to chairs (high chair) and a baby bath.

Kitchen Poorly appointed with necessary items to be able to prepare our desired meals Nothing at the sink to clean dishes, no dish cloth, sponge or scrub brush Only one dish towel. I guess that should not matter since you can’t wash anything. No dish drainer Chefs knives so dull would not open a package of breakfast sausage, safer not to have them Furniture Many of the chairs were hard plastic, discouraging you from sitting in them for long periods. They were very unstable, making sounds like they might fall out from under you at any moment. Yard Nice sized yard. We were told that if we didn’t clean up after our dogs we would be fined $100. The problem with cleaning up is the yard had not been mowed for quite some time, probably over a month, and the weeds were so high it was difficult to find the pet waste to clean up. Hottub Strong chemical smell, I decided not to get into it. Main bath Shower temperature control requires repair Toilet unstable Toilet seat would not stay up Internet Great connectivity Television Roku, very good

Nice neighborhood. Close to playgrounds and grocery stores. Could have been cleaner, especially kitchen stove and refrigerator.

Property was dingy and musty. House was not clean. Broken shower fixtures. Towels wet. Hair in bedding. Floor not clean, plenty of debris. Pet dander throughout home. Daughter allergic and started breaking out. Pet and/or moldy odor throught home especially bathrooms. Garage door did not lock when holding luggage.

First and foremost - the owner decided to renovate the bathroom while they had stays booked. The host told us as we arrived to the location after the cleaners had already let us know as they were leaving. This resulted in one shower for 6 adults with a bunch of outdoor activities planned for the weekend. We purposely booked a place with two bathrooms so we could all shower without fighting over one. The host said the that at least the toilet should work but it leaked the entire time resulting in one working bathroom. When we reached out about this there was no offer to get someone out to take a look or try to fix it for our trip. The rest of the amenities were as listed but honestly the worst part of this experience is what happened after. We still have not received our deposit back nor the refund promised for the listing being inaccurate. They will not respond now and appear to have no interest in getting our funds back to us. I would steer clear from this place. The management company/owner aren’t quite ready to be hosts obviously.

This property was so fun! It had so much to do, plenty of room, and a great aesthetic. The owners were easy to deal with and the place was comfortable and lent itself to a great groomsmen suit for my wedding. Everyone had an amazing time and it was aesthetic enough to get our pictures taken there before the wedding. The toilet downstairs was out which was a bummer since we had a bunch of guys there, but we made it work. LOVED the gas range, ping pong and game garage, and the hot tub! Great location too!

I did not receive any communication from the host. We traveled from out of state and waiting to check in but no communication. Emails sent but only thru app which is difficult. Called vrbo customer care and was in the phone for 3 hours with 3 different people. They stated unable to reach host, numbers not working so would put us all up for one hotel night and then reimburse the stay. The issue was now spending much more for hotel for entire stay which was considerably expensive and altered all our plans. Then the host reached out after we had already checked into the hotel. Issue were, per host, property management issues. Spending so long trying to get help and make all of this work was challenging. Vrbo should provide, once payment received , host contact for such issues. Many of us travel from afar and being stranded without contact other than the app is ridiculous. I have to turn in my hotel receipts and have yet to receive stay refund I would like to have Follow up to ensure all of my funds are reimbursed.
