Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down promptly, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link that contains an e-manual. In this manual, you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do around Denver/ Arvada, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife, and much more! Please note that we have installed a ring camera cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There is one near the front door that monitors the driveway. There are no cameras inside the property. Our cameras are motion-activated and are stored in the cloud for a month. There is also a noise detection device installed on the inside of the home. This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said, its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached. Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden INSIDE and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. You are welcome to step onto the back patio and enjoy.
