SELF CHECK-IN PROCESS, LOCATION, HOST IS RESPONSIVE, CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11 AM.
They provided cooking pans, which was helpful, but there were no plates or bowls for eating the food. There were also no slippers inside the room. At the very least, slippers should be provided for use inside the toilet/bathroom.
Another issue was the lack of a foot mat outside the shower room. After taking a shower, the floor becomes wet, and eventually your feet get dirty when you walk around.
The building is designed as a single unit, with the first and second floors available to be rented separately. This arrangement itself is not a problem. However, the walls are quite thin, so normal conversations can easily be heard from outside the room. Similarly, even when someone walks quietly on the second floor, the footsteps and other noise can still be clearly heard on the first floor.

受付やスタッフの方と対面する事が無いのでチェックイン、アウトがスムーズですし、飲食店や観光地にアクセスしやすいので良かった。
二階の部屋で子供がいる為大分静かに気を遣って利用させて頂きましたが、下の階の若者のグループ利用者が明け方4時過ぎ位に外出先から戻って来てバタバタと五月蝿く起こされてしまったので、防音対策してほしい所が良くない点です。
あと、今回は食器の中でコップのみ使用したのですが、洗って元の場所に戻すとの事でしたので洗ったのですが、水切りや食器を拭く為の布巾等が無く、少し困った事と、使用後のタオルを何処に置いておいたら良いのかわからない点です。

しいていうなら玄関から近い部屋だと他の宿泊客の出入りが気になるけど作り上仕方ないかなと思います。
