Overall the property was beautiful,, only thing I wish this property wasn’t all the way in the back..

The property was large enough for our extended family. There were enough kitchen amenities and ample beds. The pool area is shaded due to the foliage at the back of the house so if you require shade after a long day in the sun this will work for you. The only minor comment / room for improvement required, is the patio furniture is uncomfortable and showing it’s signs of age so it could do with replacing.

The house was just as described. My family was very pleased with the place. It has a great location for day excursions. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was spacious and commodious with enough rooms and beds for everyone. The pool area was nice and the pool itself had to be cleaned but after was fun to use. Everything in the house was great except for the cooking pans and pots supplied in the kitchen. The nonstick pans were scratched, and the paint was completely coming off making them unusable. Other than that the place was beautiful with most commodities given such as soap and towels. Honestly, this place would be a great stay for a large group of guests or more than one family.

The property is beautiful and well located. We needed and enjoyed the space that it provided and the amenities.

From booking to check out, the process was seamless. Beautiful home with all the amenities we were looking for. Couldn’t have asked for a better location for our trip.

This is not my first time renting theses home it’s the only way to go , I like it because its contactless no lines to check , no phone calls to book the properties

We absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay! The beds were clean and super comfortable, our kids loved the bean bag chairs and the house was super spacious and clean.

There were a few issues but we are hoping the property manager will take care of them.

Property is clean, updated, and spacious. Owners were quite responsive in that they answered every question we had in a very timely manner. The place was just as described in the pictures. I would definitely recommend this property most especially for large families.

This property was great. Family really enjoyed it. Plenty of room to spread out. As you can imagine with a property being utilized by multiple guest it is starting to show some wear, so when you book it, keep that in mind. But honestly it served it's purpose and everyone was extremely happy with it. It really is a nice house. Anytime I messaged the property managers they were quick to respond.

Our extended family stayed over the holiday weekend. It was 85 degrees in the house when we checked in, clearly the air was not working. We contacted the owner and instead of sending AC repair immediately, he argued and doubted us. He was very condescending like we were wasting his time. Only after going back and forth for HOURS did he call an AC guy for us. The AC guy had it fixed in 20 minutes (a new thermostat had been installed earlier that day incorrectly). There were a few other issues as well. The towels in the linen closet were folded and put away wet so we had to rewash them all. The freezer and fridge were not cold when we arrived and were set to the warmest setting. We noticed our ice melting and leaking out of the freezer. We turned them to the proper setting then bought more ice and kept all our food in our cooler the first night while we waited for them to get cold. The gas grill in the picture which we were planning on using is not there. There is a tiny charcoal grill. Cleaning was fine except under the furniture. We never would have noticed but for chasing a child's toy under the couch, pretty dirty. Kitchen is not stocked very well. Make sure you bring cups. Community is fine. Community pool is nothing special so we just used the house pool which was small but perfect for our young kids. If the stay had not started out so poorly with the argumentative owner I am sure all of these other issues would have seemed like nothing.

The property was exactly as it was listed. It was very clean and spacious. The property manager was very responsive. There are restaurants and stores very close by. The convention center was about a 30 min drive away but well worth the drive. My friends and I had a great time in the house.

I booked this location for a Graduation in Orlando and it worked out perfect. For me the fact that 4 of the 6 bedrooms had their own full bathroom and the two rooms with the bunkbeds shared a bathroom was one of the three reasons I booked this location. #2 was the room for entertaining around the kitchen. #3 was location to my venue and the ease of all the needed places to shop nearby. I was not renting for the theme parks, but this would be ideal for a large family or large group because nobody would be on top of each other during dinner or after visiting the parks. Management team was very accommodating to my needs and helped us out with all our needs. One thing I would also like to point out was this is in a gated community and felt very very safe with the steps they were taking to ensure the privacy and security of the guests.
