About this condo rental

Located in Drake Park, this lovely condo for $192 per night is a great option for your next break. This location can't be beat. Built in 1919 serving as the first maternity hospital, the property has been lovingly restored and just renovated into a charming executive rental. Steps from the Deschutes River and Drake Park you are walking distance to downtown, The Box Factory and too many breweries and eateries to count! Unit 4 is upstairs (No elevator) with a bedroom on the lower level and loft bedroom with 1/2 bath up the charming spiral staircase. You will not be disappointed. Unfortunately, pets are NOT allowed. A mix of old and new. A charming restoration with modern furnishings. River and mountain views from kitchen and bedroom. Completely private space though there is another apartment on the floor. Owner lives nearby and responds promptly to texts and calls. The Bend Parks is a historic district and a highly prized neighborhood. A quiet residential area yet close to all the action in the village of Bend, the Deschutes River and Drake Park. Private covered carport with your own designated spot. Street parking is permit only.
