LOCATION. This apartment was in the exact location we were looking for. It allowed us to navigate through the city easily. Beatrice was very helpful and got us settled straight away and she was kind enough to meet us for an early check in. It was very hot and the AC was a blessing. Great apartment for our needs in a prime location. Florence is a beautiful city.
As far as the apartment goes- it met all our needs. It was a haven from the heat when we needed it and centrally located to everything.

Excellent location, doubt we could have found better. Just off Piazza San Lorenzo, restaurants, shops, sights within easy reach. Apartment was very comfortable, scrupulously clean and well equipped. Beatrice was very helpful and made us welcome.

it was in a good location and was clean
it was small - the pictures are deceiving. we were a family of 3 with one big suitcase each and there is no floor space in the bedrooms to lay out your luggage. the street sewage smell is so bad you couldn’t leave the windows open
