Located in Salt Lake City, this charming house for $278 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Located only minutes from downtown and the airport, while still only 35 mins from world class skiing in the Cottonwoods or Park City, our home was thoughtfully furnished with guests in mind. Includes a brand new kitchen and gas range and an open style layout giving plenty of space for your group to spread out. Two large living rooms with an optional curtain to separate, blackout curtains in bedrooms, fiber WiFi, PacMan arcade, work space, garage, & backyard w/ playground set, patio, BBQ! Walking into the house and turning right will bring you into the kitchen with access to the dining area, and the living room that includes the TV and the optional curtain to separate. The backyard and patio are also accessed from here. By turning left when walking into the house you are brought into the other living room with access to the hallway that leads to the bedrooms, which can also be accessed from the kitchen. The king bedroom is at the end of the hall to the left, the queen is at the end of the hall to the right, and the full is the first bedroom on your left. The air mattress is located in the cabinet to the left of the TV. The entire house is yours to enjoy.

I needed to book a place for a last minute funeral for my family. This home was exactly what I needed. close to the airport, clean and surprisingly large. I would definitely consider booking this location again.

Spacious, well appointed (towels, hot water, cooking gadgets, dishes, plenty of seats at the table/on the sofas, places to set/store things, mirrors to get ready with, etc.) and nice, updated decor and furniture, with just a bit of rustic, old charm. Will definitely stay here again.

The house was great and met all of our needs. The communication was fantastic, the description was accurate and it was a nice comfortable place to stay while my son played volleyball at the Utah Athletic Center.

Drew’s place was wonderful. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was conveniently located for forays into downtown and Ogden. Did I mention the video game machine? A huge hit with the kids; and also allowed me to relive my days as the high score holder on the Galaga machine at the roller rink. Drew was a gracious and attentive host. We will definitely book this property again.

We had a wonderful family trip to SLC. With 2 kids, we wanted to be in a quiet area for family time, but to also experience all of the museums and child centered activities. The house had lots of space an well set up for families with children. The outside play area was an initial concern for ware, but was replaced while we were there (with plenty of communication). The furnishings all seemed new and beds were comfortable. Well represented on the site and made the family gathering all the better.

This is a cute, clean, little house, in a very nice quiet neighborhood. We were there as a family member had to have an extended medical procedure and it met all our needs. Room for the extended family and it was an easy drive to the University of Utah Hospital.

Appreciated the welcoming curbside appeal and freshness of the home. We felt comfortable from the start because of the calming decor, quality furnishings, and layout of the house. We appreciated being able to grill, the kids loved the toys and outdoor play structure/yard, and it was close to I15 for hoping around SLC. We also liked that the bedrooms were away from the main gathering living room so we could put the kids to bed and watch TV and hang out without worry of being too noisy. There were many details well thought out from shower shampoo/cond/body wash to bedside lamps with USB/plugs. We would stay here again if traveling in Utah.

Property was as listed. Clean with plenty of towels, shower essentials and cooking pots/pans. My kids loved the old school video game system and played a ton. Had a great stay. We’re low key so didn’t really reach out to the owner much. He was eager to help had we needed anything.
