Very good

I really enjoyed the location, we were a little concerned about the driveway access but with a 4wd it was not an issue at all! The view was beautiful. The house was extremely clean

This may sound a bit picky but it wasn't the most comfortable of spaces. When you walk in the front door the donner table is an obstacle. The family space is off to one side of the fireplace with the chair that is actually in front of the TV being quite uncomfortable. I think the flow for the space would be much better if the table were placed by the stairs in front of the kitchen and the rug under that table were centered in front of the fireplace/TV. Some creature comforts like cushions for the chairs and a few pictures on the wall would go a long way to making a cozier atmosphere.
