The hotel offers very good value for money, and I really liked the overall concept and design of the property. It is quite unique and unlike any hotel I have stayed at before. The corridors are essentially incorporated into the parking-garage-style layout, while the rooms themselves are designed almost like small individual cottages or apartments. It makes the property feel very different from a conventional hotel.
There is also a lovely courtyard area at the back of the property with a café and restaurant, where you can sit with a drink or coffee and enjoy the view over the riverside. The swimming pool was very nice as well, and the bar had some good offers.
The room itself was generally comfortable and pleasant. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Another positive is that the hotel provides shuttle services to places such as the nearest metro station and ICONSIAM, which is very convenient considering the hotel's location.
One thing to be aware of is that the property is surrounded by quite a lot of greenery and wildlife. We found lizards inside our room, and there were also plenty of insects, spiders and lizards around the property. This did not completely ruin our stay, but if you are uncomfortable with lizards or insects, it is definitely something worth considering.
The bathroom design was one of the biggest downsides for me. Instead of a proper closing and locking door, there was a sliding/rolling-style partition. This gives very little privacy, as sounds from the bathroom can easily be heard in the room, and smells can also travel into the sleeping area. If you are sharing the room with someone, this can be quite uncomfortable.
The biggest issue, however, was the hot water. During our seven-night stay, we did not have consistently hot water. During the daytime the water was usually only lukewarm, while at night it could be completely cold. Based on the pattern during our stay, it seemed as though the hot-water system may have been dependent on solar heating, although I cannot confirm this.
We informed reception about the problem and were told that the hotel was upgrading its systems, which was the reason for the cold water. However, I had also seen other reviews mentioning hot-water issues, so this appears not to have been an isolated experience.
Overall, I still think the hotel offers good value for money and has a very interesting concept, friendly staff and some genuinely nice facilities, but the bathroom privacy and especially the lack of reliable hot water significantly affected the stay.

We liked very much the layout of hotel, tidy , modern and comfortable rooms. Excellent cleaning service. Beautiful pool, the gym was a bonus. Excellent breakfast options. Amazing view from the outdoors restaurant at night.
Didn't like AC. Couldn't adjust temperature. Even after talking to the staff and getting right directions. It was blowing very cold air (didn't respond to temperature corrections) So we couldn't run it all night. Had to switch it on and off frequently.
