The bed was so comfortable and the location was walkable from the BTS.
The reception staff could have been more attentive and welcoming. I expected a higher level of service, particularly when it came to greeting guests. During our arrival, I did not hear a “good morning” or any other greeting from the reception staff. A warmer and more attentive welcome would have made a much better first impression.
The room also had an unpleasant odor in the morning. I could not determine whether it was coming from the bathroom or the air conditioning, but the smell was noticeable throughout the room. I eventually had to spray my hair spray around the room just to make the air more pleasant. I believe this is something the hotel should look into and improve.
