Very safe and very quiet community. Plenty of parking on the street directly in front of the door. A area to park your bike. Well lit up at night. Close to shops and restaurants and the beach and Boardwalk.
I had to clean the bathroom before we could use it. The pillowcases and comforter were not clean.

Location was great! We got to see the canal and watch a baby shark swimming which was really cool and we also watched a storm come and go.
The bed was a little hard to sleep in(maybe some sort of mattress topper since it’s clearly been slept in quite a bit) but most of all it was not very clean. The floors had not been swept or vacuumed, my 8 month old was covered in hair that was not ours, the couch had a few stains and there was food behind the cushions from the people before us. The toilet seat needs to be fixed as it was crooked and uncomfortable to sit on due to the angle. Also a suggestion would be some sort of directions or note regarding the remotes controls for the ac and fan with a little welcome message.
