About this apartment rental
Las Palmas Resort is an all inclusive property with access to six pools, a fitness center, pickleball courts, basketball courts and three playground areas. The view is amazing and you will love it here! This is a great family destination with many activities available year round. There is an indoor pool (heated year round) diving pool, lap/lounge pool, kids pool with a shallow end. Free access to 4 hot tubs. The resort overlooks a ridge providing a colorful collage of The Blue Pine Valley mountains, The red Snow Canyon Hills and the black Lava Ridge. This condo has a private balcony with an amazing view.

This place was perfect for our family stay! It was walking distance from the ninja gym where my granddaughter was competing. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay with lots to do and plenty of space. Unit was very clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. Owners were fabulous to communicate with. Las Palmas overall is a fairly dated complex, but for the price and the space it’s a great value!

Unfortunately, we were somewhat disappointed with several aspects of our stay. The condo itself felt very outdated and had a noticeable musty odor throughout. The carpeting appeared worn, stained, and frayed in several areas, exposing the tack strips underneath. Unfortunately, stepping on the exposed strips was quite painful and created a safety concern.The outdoor patio and barbecue grill were also in need of a thorough cleaning. In addition, the kitchen was not particularly well stocked, the cookware was of low quality, and we found several expired food items in both the cupboards and refrigerator.One of the biggest disappointments was discovering upon arrival that the covered pool, hot tubs, and waterslide pool were undergoing renovations and unavailable for use. These amenities were a major reason we chose this property, so it would have been very helpful to have been informed of the closures before our stay.We were also concerned to find that the secondary bedroom window had been left open and unlocked prior to our arrival, which raised some security concerns.While we still enjoyed our vacation overall, we feel there are several maintenance, cleanliness, and communication issues that should be addressed to improve the guest experience.
