Group was very responsive and helpful to our requests. The staff at the location were courteous and great on recommending where to dine for lunch and dinner. They were very helpful with directions and locations for us to play tennis.
It was a busy time (Spring Break) for our stay so a little wait to retrieve our car from valet but it was not a problem or excessive amount of time.

The apt has everything needed. The terrace is big with wonderful views of the beach and inter coastal and sliding doors from bedroom and living room so you can maximize being “outdoors” when in. The building has plenty of lounging areas, indoor and out. (This is the residential tower of the W hotel.) Plus there’s a private gate for direct access to the small pool area from the terrace.
Loved the daily yoga.
Despite being there first week of Spring Break (by mistake!) it was quiet- both the room and bldg. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Needs clarification when booking bc the website says no additional fees but there is an additional $62/night resort fee beside the one listed in the total on Booking.com. (You’re told this after you book.)
And the main pool was closed for repair. The one on the 5flr is very small. (Filled with people so can’t swim.)
suggestions: maybe add small plates, small bowls and teaspoons. And the floors weren’t very clean. I’m a no-shoe person and mopped the floors myself but probably those who wear shoes inside wouldn’t notice.

Location, beach chairs and umbrella which is where we spent most of our time.
Two tv’s, comfy bed, direct access to residence pool, large patio.
The Apartment was lacking in basic maintenance ie: toilet overflowed, ice maker leaked, patio full of trash, generally dusty, windows really dirty on the outside, dryer vent loaded with lint “fire hazard” drain in bathroom sink very slow, crusty dirt between glass and edge of coffee table. When I mentioned these items to PM upon arrival no effort was made to correct. I have pictures if you are interested and more items.
The pool deck furniture needed cleaning or replacement, no oversight of residence pool had to break up teenagers throwing football around deck and in the pool.
