Beautiful, luxury, penthouse unit at Shorehom by the Sea with a fantastic oceanfront view located on the non-driving portion of the beach. This complex includes two buildings that have both gone under full renovations. The condo provides you every beach supply you will need, canopy, beach chair for each guest, wagon to haul your items, cooler, and new, 3 gigantic, new beach towels for every guest. We even have 4 bikes for you to use and a bike pump if the tires need to get pumped. You will not have to bring anything from home on the plane or your car. There is a desk for you to use in master suite also and a door to close for privacy if you must work on vacation.

A beautiful view of the ocean and beach greets you. In the living room you will find, a large flat screen TV with cable, seating for all guests including two comfortable leather chairs, sofa bed for extra sleeping area, and floor to ceiling views of the ocean. Step out onto the balcony through the brand new sliding glass doors every morning and enjoy the day with a sunrise and your cup of coffee. From this balcony you will have privacy as no other guest in the building can see you. The balcony is an inviting place to entertain, sunbathe, or relax with a good book. There’s a great view of the activity on the beach. In the evening, enjoy a sunset by the front door with an afternoon drink. On the top floor, there are only two condos and the condo is on the other side. If you are looking for privacy at your condo, unit 73 is your choice.

A roomy, well equipped kitchen satisfies both the gourmet cook and the quick and easy cooks. Whether you want to bake, make a pot of sauce, or your favorite casserole dish, we have it all. Granite counter tops are upscale and easy to maintain. The dining table expands as needed with a simple pop-up leaf. In addition to the normal range/oven and new refrigerator/freezer, the kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, toaster, coffee maker, blender, crock pot, and waffle maker as well as a full set of cooking and eating utensils. The condo is beautifully decorated with chair railing and bead board.

The master bedroom with its own view of the ocean from your king sized bed and large flat screen TV. A large walk-in closet is a welcome asset. The master bath features a tub and shower and granite counter top vanity. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and twin bed. It also features a flat screen TV with DVD player for the kids.
