This house is immaculate. It's the most well equipped property we've stayed in within Florida. Location right on Cocoa Beach is perfect.

Loved the location, very close to the beach. The home was spacious and comfortable, had everything we needed including all the Beach accessories so we didn't need to pack or buy any of those things which was great!
Home was advertised as a 4 bedroom home but only has 3 private bedrooms upstairs. They count the pull out couch in the back sunroom area as a bedroom but it is not a private bedroom so if this matters to your group that could be an issue. Check out time of 10AM is earlier than any other rental we have stayed at and it makes it a little hectic. We are used to 11AM or noon check out times and that extra hour or two makes a big difference when trying to pack and tidy up things on check out day. But besides that the place was great and we would definitely book here again.

I loved everything from the location to the house itself. The house literally made me feel like it was just built and we were the first ones in it, that’s how clean it was. I’m usually weird about certain things when I travel and stay away from home but I felt as comfortable if not more comfortable than I do in my own home!
You gave me an unforgettable experience I’ll never forget and I’m definitely going to visit again soon!
I wish the hot tub worked more on a consistent basis. I wish the pool had the ability to heat it a bit yourself if needed. And the only other thing I could think of is if they got rid of the trees behind the pool and put corn hole or horseshoes so we had more things to do!

We loved the home however it is only 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom, although this worked for our group had we not been a family group the loss of a bedroom and bathroom (described as 4 bed 3 bath) would have been an issue. The house was lovely, clean, pool area amazing, ideal location.
