Casa Carolina è un delizioso e comodo appartamento, si trova al primo piano di una palazzina al centro del paese di Ustica. L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato nel 2021. Vi è l'ampio e comodo living room, tavolo e sedie, la piccola cucina corredata di stoviglie, piatti e posate, due camere matrimoniali con aria condizionata e un bagno con doccia.
La casa dispone di una splendida terrazza arredata.
Nella meravigliosa isola di Ustica, Casa Carolina vi accoglierà con eleganza e confort per trascorrere una indimenticabile vacanza siciliana. I punti di forza sono la splendida terrazzo con divano, tavolo e sedie ideale per organizzare pranzi e cene all'aperto, rilassarsi leggendo un bel libro, godersi un aperitivo con gli amici e prendere il sole e la posizione strategica nel corso principale del paese di Ustica, a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare e da tutte le principali attrazioni dell'isola. Casa Carolina è la base ideale per scoprire l'isola, anche senza automobile. Le due camere da letto matrimoniali sono fornite di aria condizionata.

A circa 2 minuti a piedi c'è un parcheggio auto. Ristoranti e pizzerie a 10 metri da casa.
Nell'isola sono presenti le navette al costo di € 2 per andare al mare.

My father and I stayed on Ustica for a week at Carolina‘s apartment. We were met at the harbourside from the boat and taken straight there the apartments it’s at the top of the town with a beautiful view over the rooftops down to the sea from the rooftop terrace inside, everything is newly restored, impeccably clean and all the things you might need are available.
The air conditioning is very effective.
We particularly appreciated how well equipped the kitchen was, and how well designed.
Each bedroom is generously proportioned well furnished and a cool refuge from the Sun. The wardrobes are large and contain hangers, so there is plenty of room to put away your things so you can enjoy the minimalist aesthetic of the rooms.
The bathroom is small, but well designed the tiles in the shower or exquisite, the shower itself produces high-pressure, hot and cold water with a bath, a handheld and an overhead option for showering
The ceilings are high and beautifully curved the furnishings and fittings are modern and well designed,
There are two balconies, one of which we ate on in the evenings, as well as the roof terrace, which has a table easy chairs and sun loungers a detail we particularly liked was the beautifully crafted roof tiles which can be seen when sitting on the terrace.
Carolina was an exceptionally considerate and responsive host coming to our rescue after I had an accident on the island, making sure that my father was taking care

Die Ferienwohnung ist eigentlich ein ganzes kleines Häuschen, direkt inmitten des kleinen Städtchens Ustica. Das ältere Gebäude wurde liebevoll mit viel Aufmerksamkeit für Details und Qualität hergerichtet, man fühlt sich in der gemütlichen Wohnung sofort wohl. Besonders die Dachterasse, aber auch die beiden kleinen Balkone laden dazu ein sich nach draußen zu begeben und das Flair dieser Ortes zu genießen, oder sich einfach auf einer Liege der Dachterasse zu entspannen.
Die Ausstattung ist neu und top: Induktionskochfeld mit Herd, großer Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, eine Dusche, die diesen Namen auch verdient, Aircondition in den Schlafzimmern, gemütliche Betten, Waschmaschine, Flattscreen und natürlich Wlan - wenngleich die Qualität des Netzes auf der Insel teilweise zu Wünschen übrig lässst...aber man ist ja nicht zum Surfen da..;-) Ach ja, und wer grillen möchte, kann dies mit einem kleinen Weber-Grill auf der Dachterrasse tun. Fast hätte ich es vergessen, ein echtes Highlight: In allen Türen und Fenstern sind integrierte Moskitonetze. Das waren bei weitem die mückenfreiesten Nächte ever in Italien.
Die Wohnung liegt strategisch sehr gut. Man ist in zwei Minuten im Zentrum des Örtchens und kann zu Fuß Einkaufen, etwas Trinken oder Essen gehen und in kaum fünf Minuten zum Hafen laufen. In der anderen Richtung braucht man kaum drei Minuten zum öffentlichen, aus einer Quelle gespeisten Wasserspender, der Ustica für 5 Cent pro Liter mit Wasser versorgt. Auch die Wanderwege, welche Ustica umspannen sind in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen.
Es gibt ein MINUS an der Wohnung und dieses betrifft die Straße, welche direkt an der Wohnung vorbei läuft. Man ist mitten im Ort und der Verkehr Usticas muss da durch und das kann Besucher, die völlige Ruhe haben möchten stören. Wir fanden es OK, aber man macht die große Balkontür zur Straße dann schon öfter zu. Man hat ja noch den zweiten Balkon und die Dachterrasse. Zum Schlafen haben wir die Fenster geschlossen und die sperren den Morgenverkehr wirklich völlig aus.
FAZIT: Wer mitten drinnen sein will in einem kleinen Häuschen mit Stil, das liebevoll hergerichtet wurde, wird sich an der schmucken, prima ausgestatteten Wohnung erfreuen. Wer es völlig ruhig will, sollte eher nach etwas Abgelegnerem suchen.
