Everything from the beach being being right outside the sliding glass door to the over all layout of the condo. Better than was expecting. The pictures do not do this place justice.

First, shout out to Shawn, he provided us with the information we had repeatedly asked for, Parking Pass, Code to get in, we noticed when we arrived, WINDOWS had not been cleaned for a while, not enough space to put our groceries up. The View is very nice, but have to go outside to see it, because of the windows not being cleaned. We will not be Back, especially, because new Pricing of $7100 for a week next year.

The views for this condo are AMAZING and the biggest selling point! You can see the ocean from the main bedroom, as well as the living area! But sadly we did have a lot of issues with this unit. -the floors and rugs were filthy when we got there. I shook out a bathroom mat that filled the bottom of the tub with sand, there was so much sand in it. A manager did come clean the tub out and give us $100 gift card for our trouble, but my husband and I ended up sweeping and swiffing all the floors :( not how you want to start your vacation - cleaning your own unit. -a light in the bathroom didn’t work and had to be taped to turn off -the tiles in the main bedroom shower have GOT to be cleaned or replaced. They are disgustingly slippery and I hated taking a shower -we saw multiple spiders - probably about 10-12 :( none of them huge, but it was a problem. One was even on our bed. Not ok. -the dryer vent above the front door was so clogged we were afraid of a fire hazard. We cleaned it out ourselves. -biggest issue… the parking permit communication was HORRIFIC, and I’m not exaggerating. We weren’t sent mandatory parking passes until five hours before our checkin time. And I had to call multiple times and text with a couple very rude employees before we finally got them emailed to us. Unacceptable and caused me a lot of unnecessary stress. Again, not how you want to start your vacation. They freaked me out telling me how my car would be towed without a parking pass but then gave me heck about emailing it to me so I could print it. Horrible system. Have the parking passes printed and on the counter for guests when they arrive! Don’t expect guests to print parking passes you don’t even send them before five hours till checkin time! Great views but was so frustrated with the customer service that I’ll never use Vacasa again if I can possibly help it. They checked in multiple times over text to see if I needed anything while we were there, but when I would text them yes, this or that was wrong and I needed help with something, theyd just say a manager would reach out to me, and one never did. They would basically send these useless texts hoping I’d just say, yes! Everything’s great! But actual help was very hard to obtain. The texting feature was honestly useless. No one had the actual authority to do anything via text. I had to call to get anything done.

We have always loved this unit, but this time you’ve had a few issues the blinds in the master bedroom did not go up all the way so we were awake just as soon as the sun came up. The spear bathroom had lots of moisture in the vents and Exhaust vent was not working, refrigerator is not cooling very well. Looks like the owners need to put a little renovation touches in the unit but other than that we always love our stay there at Crescent Beach is amazing there’s not another beach like it. And the ground floor convenience is awesome the pool access is great for the kids .

The Sand Dollar is the perfect vacation spot. Beachfront on a very clean nearly empty beach. Everything was as described or better!

The owners should re-think property management company. They informed us 2 weeks prior to our vacation that we would lose access to pool due to construction. A day before we were set to leave we were informed we wouldn't have access to the back patio. They actually had 2 temporary support beams holding up the ceiling by the patio doors. Wood was wedged in so we couldn't open them. We did receive a refund, which I was happy about and probably will book again because of the location, but it is also the first time I have found roaches in a rental condo. We only found one, but it was huge. I'm quite sure we had a mouse too. We found rodent fecal matter on the floor in the kitchen. I'm assuming it was from all of the construction. I have a picture of the roach if the owners want to see it. There was an orkin van at the property the next day, so someone must have reported it.
