It’s composed of 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, living room, a kitchen equipped with everything you need, game room and laundry, as well as parking that accommodates 5 cars. The house has 10 beds that can accommodate 16 people. Each room has mattresses, sheets and towels of the highest quality, television and Internet. And each bathroom has a hair dryer. The patio has a beautiful terrace, pool, area for barbecue and fire pit where you can wind down and enjoy some quality family time. This beautiful house is located in Panama City very close to 23rd street, the main street of the city and shopping centers. 8 miles from Capitan Anderson the main center of attraction for tourists in the city, where you can enjoy the best restaurants, do different types of guided excursions such as sailing to watch the sunset, the dolphins, going fishing, enjoying the Pirate Ship with your children, among other beautiful activities that are offered in this beautiful marina. Where a few feet away is the second entrance to the beach, where you can enjoy its fine sands and beautiful crystal clear waters. Everything is located just 9 miles from our house. Where you can spend a memorable vacation. In order to offer the best quality time for everyone we do ask our tenants that no smoking is permitted inside the house. Thank you

Overall the house was good. The neighborhood is further away from the beach (not a problem, just informing others). At first, communication was great, but I was told we’d have the access code a few days prior to our stay. However, it did not arrive until 3:07am the morning of our stay when we were already half way there. The pool table was a nice addition. One of the TVs did not work and the washing machine outlet tripped and we weren’t able to reset it. This required us to move the washing machine away from the wall to use another plug in the bathroom making that toilet and shower very difficult to use. It was stated that there would be laundry detergent provided, but the container labeled Tide Pods was actually full of dishwasher pods. Again, overall, a nice place to stay.

It was in a very central location in Panama City and close to a lot of places. It has a nice pool and a pool table to have fun!

Perfect stay for everyone to have a bed and sleep comfortably. Unsure if it was a problem or not, however, we had to park on the road due to so many people coming from out of town and coming late from work even with 2 cars parked in the garage. But it was not a big deal, we just weren’t sure if it was allowed or not. DEFINITELY going to try and book for next year!!

This house is by all your needs 20-30 mins from the beach definitely pool family friendly. House doesn’t have too many decors for kids to mess up definitely the best stay for family house says it’s suitable for 10 ppl and it’s the truth but if you bring blow up matresses house definitely could support more people 3 full functional bathrooms even has a smokers patio with nice night lights and pool view with grill highly recommended we will be back again

This home was very beautiful, comfortable and quiet. It had everything we needed. It was close to the shopping area and wasn’t that far from the beaches. The host of the house was wonderful, helpful and very friendly. My family and I enjoyed our stay. We would definitely love to come back.

Great home ! 20 min from the beach , really enjoyed the game room and the pool . Host was very nice , replies fast , we had plenty of towels and kitchen essentials.
