You have endless opportunities for sporting events, concerts, wine tasting, breweries and the famous Bell's Brewery and Old Dog Tavern where you can check out local talent. No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property. No Parties or Events: We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or loud gatherings that may disturb our neighbors. Quiet Hours: Please be considerate of other guests and neighbors by observing quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No Pets: While we love furry friends, we have a strict no-pet policy to accommodate guests with allergies. Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests allowed is as stated in the booking details. Please do not exceed this limit without prior approval. Respect Check-in/Check-out Times: Check-in is at 3PM and check-out is at 11AM. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these times to allow for proper cleaning and preparation for the next guests. Keep the Property Tidy: Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it. Dispose of trash, load dirty dishes into the dishwasher and collect all dirty/used linens and towels on the bathroom floor. Lock Doors and Windows: For your safety and security, please ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when you leave the property. Report Damages or Issues: If you notice any damages or issues during your stay, please inform us immediately so that we can address them promptly. No Illegal Activities: Any illegal activities on the property are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the booking without a refund. Respect the Neighbors: Be mindful of our neighbors' privacy and refrain from making excessive noise or engaging in disruptive behavior. Use Appliances Safely: Please use all appliances and amenities responsibly and follow any provided instructions. Parking: Please use the designated Select Stay parking spots, make sure your vehicle is parked inside the lines, and avoid blocking driveways or other vehicles. Property was clean, well equipped, and located close to campus. Served as gathering spot for friends/reunion attendees. Great experience

The location is great for those visiting Western Michigan University. Communication with management was excellent. We had a few issues that were dealt with promptly. The space is a bit cave like and the outside stairs are a bit challenging. This would not be good for those who need easy access. Otherwise, would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at the property with the exception of the keypad lock malfunctioning during 18-degree weather and lots of snow. Luckily there was a restaurant nearby and we were able to stay warm until management called us and resolved the issue. The unit was clean and the perfect size for us, and the location was great. We would definitely come back! Thank you!
