It was spacious and affordable. The home was stocked with many things we needed. There are nice pans and dishes with a dishwasher. We had plenty of towels and in unit washer and dryer. The grounds were nice and well maintained. The pool was large and very nice, with a shaded area to avoid the sun if desired. There were beach chairs we borrowed. Hair dryer and straightener were provided as well as iron and ironing board.
It was a little challenging to figure out our way around the property. The supplies that were furnished were super cheap (ex toilet paper [it was super rough and we ran out], paper towels, and trash bags). It was up stairs with no elevator. There were at least 10 remotes in the home. Two for each TV. The ceiling fans had remotes. I was so nervous a kid would lose one.

Location provided everything an active family of 5 needed to keep happy. Age 3-42. Pools, playground, beach and pier nearby, good food on site. Close to amenities by drive
East end pool was shut down for 2 days for maintenance, but it was due to safety precautions. Not an actual complaint just needed to write something in.

Loved the location. It is close to everything in Myrtle Beach without feeling like you are in the busy part of town. It's tucked away in a small section that is on a dead-end street, so, no through traffic. The walk to the beach was easy and had great beach access with a shower and bathroom.
The condo itself was well stocked with all that you need. We didn't know that you could only use umbrellas in Myrtle Beach so, thankfully, the condo had a few in the closet that we could use.
From the pictures I was under the impression that the condo was right at the pool but it is one building over. Also, the condo itself was fine but not great. The carpet in the bedrooms and den was old (i kept my shoes on and wouldn't let my kids sit on the floor). It would be great to have new LVP everywhere, would feel cleaner. You can tell that the "upgrades" were DIYed but that isn't a dealbreaker for us.
