The house was exactly as described, a nice house with great amenities. I had to request the check in instructions twice, after that they were prompt with my inquires. Like others I got the lengthy list of 'rules' as part of the check in process. Most of the rules are expected. But this house being in a quiet neighborhood and no expectation of being outside after 9:30 pm may be a deal breaker for some. I would expect the owners to disclose that before a nonrefundable booking. Given the expectations on cleanliness of the guests, I was surprised at the amount of stains on the couch, smudges on the walls, dirty windows, dirt in the pool/hot tub. Wasn't something that ruined our trip, but when you have such a rigid list of rules, you should be delivering a nearly ideal property. There is a smell in the house, there are a LOT of plug-ins throughout the house. I assume trying to cover up a musty smell throughout. I noticed it right away, but didn't say anything to my guests hoping they wouldn't notice... they all noticed and said something. I was surprised there wasn't a list of "how-to's" like there are in other places I’ve stayed. I understand they want to be sure you do the fire bowls correctly (and under their supervision), but how to turn on the water fall/shut the main bathroom hot tub jets off (they run all the time) would have been nice.

This home is open, clean, comfortable, and beautiful. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the pool was amazing! We will definitely be back!

We had a great time. The only suggestion I would have is kitchen towels. We did not have any towels to dry our hands on and no drying rack to dry the dishes on. We also thought the rules were pretty strict and made us feel worried about EVERYTHING. I would ask for a copy of the rules before booking. Overall we had an amazing time and everything was perfect. The owners were very nice to work with and allowed an early check in and always answered when I had a question. We would go back if we had the chance.

My husband and I booked and paid for this listing in May 2022 for a group trip with friends to take mid August 2022. The listing was beautiful, the video was amazing. We were all VERY excited. Then an email came from hosts Lucas & Ana 1 week prior to our arrival that was "harsh" & unusual. This email was long and contained many new rules for their property. For example: "if you or your group are loud, disruptive and like to use cuss words any time day or night, this house is not for you". I've never had a host decide 7 days prior our large group would not be allowed to curse "day or night". Mind you, our group age primarily made up of couples in their upper 40's. As you can read in another review, the pool is frustrating. You have to leave your group, FaceTime Lucas (yes, only FaceTime, no text) for another code to a room you are not allowed access to. This room runs the pool lights, waterfall, fire bowl, torches, etc. This door has no handle, has a camera and is a complete disaster! You literally are standing on things and trying to reach the panel to turn items on/off. I showed host Lucas on FaceTime the mess. His response was "throw it to the other side". The pool was not clean. We found glass pieces in the pool. 3 people in our group got cuts on their feet. The propane tank is empty, you have to bring your own. Not very travel friendly. This is something that is not disclosed in the initial listing either. There is also a $17/towel charge for any stains. They state "do not use the towels as toilet paper or makeup remover". There is marble flooring throughout most of this home. It is EXTREMELY slippery. It is also located in the shower. Be very careful. Not kid friendly in my opinion. The final straw was the EXTREMELY unkind words host Ana texts to us. For example "You are stupid and rude ". I have many screenshots of Ana being condescending & threating via text. This is not a property I would suggest to anyone based off our personal experience with the hosts. The list of new rules you receive prior to your arrival that are NOT in the original listing is long & odd.

Mostly positive. The pool situation was a bit frustrating. Overall the host was very accommodating and helpful and the property met our needs very well!!!

This amazing property was even more beautiful than shown in the pictures. We were a group of 17 women who gathered for a retreat, most meeting for the first time. The house was beautifully appointed, and the pool, deck, and hot tub areas were absolutely amazing. It was PERFECT for a staycation for a group of mature adults. If you're traveling from out of town, bring additional toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, firewood, propane for the fire pit and grill., but all of these can be obtained within a block or two. One of the bedrooms was located in a building outside, off the kitchen, and the bunk room and another bedroom could only be accessed by going down a set of stairs outside. Also, if you have small children, be aware that there are marble floors (slick) and lots of breakable items on glass tables. Our hosts were quick to answer any questions we had, and it was a beautiful, relaxing weekend. There have already been comments from some of the ladies who would like to return at some point and meet again at this beautiful residence. For us, it was the perfect venue!! Many thanks to the owners/hosts!!

The heated pool, hot tubs, patio with fire place, fire pits, dining and seating area plus large yard provided something for everyone. Inside large open living, dining and kitchen areas were great. The property owner was easily accessible by phone, text and facetime to answer questions. However, it would have been helpful if the property description had stated that, accessible only by an exterior staircase, one of the king bedrooms was located downstairs along with one room that contained all of the bunkbeds. Although just outside the kitchen, a second king bedroom is in its own detached building. Overall we enjoyed our time together in this home.
