The distance wasn’t far from friends and places we had to go to and it was very clean with a good enough of space

The location was great. There was a nice place to eat right next-door. They also had a very light breakfast in the morning to get you going. It was very clean. There was a place to work out a place to swim and I just had everything I needed for a short stay.

I didn’t like that I was charged a $100 pet cleaning fee and they didn’t make that aware when I was signing the contract. Also, we left no trace and $100 is not necessary! I have paid $30 a less at all other hotels on our road trip.

Excellent property. Very clean and nicely equipped. The breakfast was great and staff was very friendly as well. Will definitely consider this for future stays and definitely recommend this property.

Very clean and quiet! Easy, fast check-in.
Good breakfast and even though it was a busy weekend there was always a place to sit.
Parking the 1st night was a little tight due to property being sold out, but we still found a spot.
The pool is pretty small. But my kiddo made a friend and they had the pool to themselves so it worked out great

It was a very nice clean hotel and staff was friendly.
The hotel itself is not in a very good area. We had a crack in the glass of our hotel window which we made the staff aware of. Parking was an issue for us getting in late on a Friday night.

The breakfast was very good. It made it easier for us in the morning. I was happy with the bathroom. I had plenty of space for our family. I was also happy to have the room clean when I wanted, and not touched when I wanted. Also the staff was very friendly...that makes a big difference on which place I want to stay.
The only thing I was not happy about was the pool. The pool was very small, great for little children, but not for my older kids. I know that cannot be changed, so I am not complaining.

Breakfast area was clean and full of choices. Room was exceptional, clean, fresh and well done. We enjoyed our stay and will definately return to this hotel if in the area.

The continental breakfast was delicious, the staff was super helpful, the hotel room clean with everything we needed, and the pool was a bonus as well. Price of room was very affordable!

My wife and I had an excellent stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites Kansas City North/Gladstone. From the moment we checked in, we were impressed with the friendly and attentive staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities like a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with plenty of fresh towels and toiletries.
We were also pleased with the hotel's facilities, which included a fitness center, indoor pool, and hot tub. The complimentary breakfast buffet was also a highlight, with a variety of delicious options to choose from.
One thing that really stood out to us was the hotel's convenient location. It was just a short drive from downtown Kansas City, which made it easy to explore the city's attractions and restaurants.
Overall, we highly recommend Fairfield Inn & Suites Kansas City North/Gladstone to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the Kansas City area. The staff was exceptional, the rooms were great, and the amenities were top-notch. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
Not a thing! The room was nice and breakfast was great! We will definitely be staying there again! There wasn’t anything we were unhappy with! I have nothing to complain about! We loved how close the hotel was to the seminary!

The location and newness of the hotel. Room was clean and very comfortable. Easy to find and get into the parking lot and out into traffic. Plenty of places to eat within a couple of miles.
Breakfast was minimal with not much selection. Television did not change channels or do anything very fast. Front desk said that the service either needed to be reset or there were too many people using it.

Breakfast was very good. Staff was excellent especially Frank in maintenance (helped get my wife into wheelchair after a fall) and the person who checked us in in the evening (he was folding towels) helped us with things
pool could have been bigger. Grandson was disappointed in that.
