We recommend getting more supplies for more extended stays. 648 Poinsettia Ave Clearwater Beach 33767 Location, location, location! 500 feet to the beach 500 feet to a park and playground 0.2 mile to public tennis courts Laid-back Clearwater Beach is known for its namesake stretch of soft, white sand, which draws visitors year-round for jet-skiing, parasailing, and stand-up paddleboarding in its calm waters. Cyclists and rollerbladers glide along a winding beachfront promenade lined with casual seafood restaurants and cafes. Come sunset, Pier 60 hosts a nightly festival with street performers and craft vendors. We recommend renting a car or using Uber or Lyft. Public transport is more of an attraction than a means of transportation. There are many places nearby to rent golf carts, scooters, and bicycles. Clearwater has a noise ordinance from 10PM to 7AM. Please keep noise down after 10PM. The pool closes at 10:00 P.M Please rinse off after the beach before entering the room. Dumpster is located near unit 136 (on the parking lot). Not allowed: - Smoking in the room (including cannabis) $250 cleaning fee will be applied - Unregistered guests - Loudspeakers at the pool as we do pipe in house music. We do not have a front desk. For record purposes, we communicate through Airbnb messages only. In case of emergencies, you can contact us by phone. Check-in time is at or after 4 p.m. Check-out is at or before 11 a.m. There is no daily housekeeping service. Bedding, bath towels, and basic bathroom supplies, including toilet paper rolls, are provided at check-in. Additional housekeeping is available for an additional $50 fee. Double-check your dates and the amount, and carefully read the full cancelation policy before completing your booking. By booking this Airbnb, you fully agree to the cancelation policy. Under no circumstances will we be able to change the cancelation policy or change the reservation. Do not flush ANYTHING except for TOILET PAPER in the toilet. Paper towels, feminine hygiene products, or trash will clog the pipes. If you clog the toilet, we will charge you a plumbing fee. The plumbing fee starts at $300 The number of guests is defined as the number of guests on the reservation. No additional person staying is allowed at the property. Smoking is prohibited (even if it's medical cannabis). You agree to a $500 penalty for smoking on the property. You are not permitted to hold a party or make unreasonable amounts of noise. Speakers are not allowed anywhere on the property. If you hold a party on the property, disturb the neighbors, or the police are called for any reason, you agree to vacate the rental immediately with no refund for unstayed days. You allow us access to the property for maintenance, repair, and inspection and confirm that the correct number of guests is staying. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses while on the property. We are also not responsible for the loss or damage of your personal belongings or valuables. By accepting the reservation, you undertake that all guests expressly assume the risk for any harm arising from using the property or others they invite to use it. Keep all personal items and valuables inside the Airbnb. Anything you leave outside, including towels, clothes, or floats, might be discarded. You must be 21 or older to book the rental. Do not leave any personal belongings behind you after check out. We do not ship forgotten items. Accidents happen. Please let us know if anything breaks during your stay so we can fix it or replace it before the next check-in. Most of the time, there won't be any consequence if you inform us about it. Please do not take anything with you from the rental that doesn't belong to you. We could consider it theft, and we could involve law enforcement. We do not provide washcloths. We do not consider it sanitary. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left at the bag storage. Please leave your belongings at your own risk. The pool closes at 10 p.m. and reopens at sunrise. Please log out of any subscriptions on the TVs. We are not responsible for any charges to your account and won't be able to log you out. You may change your password to do it remotely.

This property was perfect for our short stay in Clearwater Beach. It was very clean and bright and even impressed our teenage daughters. The location is very close to the beach so I wasn't sure if we would end up using the pool, but it came in clutch for after dark swims!

We loved the location. It's an easy walk to the beach and town while also being quiet. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean. The bathroom and kitchen were the problems. When we arrived the handle on the bathroom sink was in three pieces, though after emailing the host someone came and fixed that. The toilet handle doesn't work properly and continued to make noise like the tank was always filling. The shower drain doesn't work well, so you're standing in ankle-deep water while showering. And the kitchen was sparse . There was just 1/4 roll of paper towels and a picnic-size pepper shaker. No salt, no cutting board, etc. Left in the oven was a dirty cookie sheet with crumbs all over it. The cabinets and frig are beat-up. The bathroom needs repairs and the kitchen an update. Also, a heads-up. All the photos in the listing are not for this apartment.

The bathroom sink didn't work. No tub stopper. No bathroom near pool. One in office but it was mostly closed. I love the ease of check in and out. Love the location. Staff is helpful. The price is good. Relaxed vibe. Close to beach playground restaurants bars and nightlife. You can walk to everything. Outside showers outside tables for picknicks. Clean and comfortable. Ice machine by pool. Pool was clean waterfall was pretty
