Spend the day tubing the Chattahoochee River, visiting Veterans Park, exploring Helen’s shops and restaurants, attending a festival, or enjoying the surrounding North Georgia mountains.

Then return to the Chalet for a relaxed evening with the people you came to enjoy—dinner on the deck, a soak in the hot tub, a game of pool, or time around the firepit.

EASY ACCESS AND PARKING

The Chalet is located within Helen’s city limits. The private parking area accommodates approximately four to five vehicles, depending on their size.

The driveway begins with a short incline before leveling out. Please enter and exit slowly, especially during wet or icy conditions.

IMPORTANT HOUSE INFORMATION

The Chalet is located near full-time residents, so please keep noise at a considerate level, especially after 9:00 p.m. Parties, events, and unapproved gatherings are not permitted.

Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Firewood stored beneath the front stairs is not provided for guest use.

Black bears and other wildlife may occasionally be seen throughout Helen. Never feed or approach wildlife, keep food and trash secured, and observe animals from a safe distance.

PET POLICY

One approved dog may be permitted and must be disclosed before arrival. Any applicable pet fee must be paid before check-in.

More than one dog requires advance approval and may incur an additional fee. Cats cannot be accommodated because of the owners’ severe allergies.

GUEST AGREEMENT

Guests must complete a separate JuBelas Rentals rental agreement before arrival.
